This amazing estate boast access to the Kupuri Beach Club that is just steps from the house, it also has access to the Resident’s Beach Club, two golf courses, tennis and fitness center, plus all the restaurants and surf shops in town are all a few minutes from the estate.

Punta Mita Beach Club Policy Update

Effective January 6, 2026, all Punta Mita Beach Clubs will introduce a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Fee.

This is a one-time per-guest charge for the full duration of the rental and will be collected with your final balance prior to arrival.

Fees per guest (for the entire stay):

Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Children under 5: No charge



This policy is set by the Punta Mita Beach Clubs and applies to all guests with club access.
