Dear Taylor, The security cameras are out side and are there for your protection to see who or what is around the cottage, it is not intended for invasion of your privacy, as it is with any hotel or resort you go these days but you had the option to switch them off if you wished. I am sorry about the neighbors , they have been doing the same to some of our other guests as they are a bit unhappy from us renting. a white fence is now in placed to resolve the issue of boarder lines.
