Beautiful Vacation Home

A true dream house!

The home and property are beyond gorgeous! Within a few minutes of arriving we felt like we were “home.” The peace and serenity that surrounds you is rare to find. Location is perfect for short drives to nature related attractions.

Kentucky knob visit

Lovely home and property. We were thrilled with the quality of the home and cleanliness. The owner had the kitchen really well stocked and we made good use of the charcuterie board. Loved the outdoors and had all of our meals outside and then enjoyed a fire in the solo fire pit. Hope to return when the waterfall is turned on!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The house is really beautiful and the perfect place to escape into a natural and tranquil scene. I enjoyed the outdoor firepit. Gorgeous home with lots of natural light and well appointed, comfortable furnishings. I absolutely loved it.

Quick getaway

We truly enjoyed this beautiful property. We woke to turkeys gobbling in the yard and saw several deer. Very smooth process from check-in to check-out. We had no issues. Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven

Quiet Country Setting

This house is well designed and well built. The area was very quiet and secluded. The only down side was that there are no curtains or shades on the windows due to the style of the house. The kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived but everything else was perfect! We had a great time.

Beautiful Home and Property

Great property. Super location for access to Ohiopyle and FLW locations. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen wonderfully equipped. Probably the best kitchen in any location I've rented through VRBO.. Home is really cool. We had two couples so we each had a bedroom on either side of the main portion of the house. Each had its own adjoining bath. Covered patio and fire pit were a great bonus. Property is beautiful with small creek running through it. Saw deer and other critters rummaging about in the morning when we had coffee on the patio. Would highly recommend.

A special place

This property is amazing. The interior details to the outdoor space exceeded our expectations. The design is stunning, with lots of room for the 6 of us inside and outside. We enjoyed hanging outside on the patio. kitchen was fully equipped with all that you need. We had trouble with WIFI to pull up code to enter, but David was so quick to respond and we were right in! We love the area and are already talking about going back. It truly is a special place.

Beautiful, Peaceful and Spotless!

This is a gorgeous and spacious home in a great secluded location - but not too far away from it all. We traveled with 6 adults and were very comfortable relaxing in the living room, kitchen or out on the back patio near the fountain. The entire home was spotless! The boys only complained that the shower didn't get hot enough for them - but hey, if that's the "bad" then the "good" crushed it! Communication and access to the home were seamless. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Immerse yourself in the Wright experience.

For those Frank Lloyd Wright fans, this home is like a living museum dedicated to Wright with its design, décor, and educational materials, which provided endless interest for our family group. It also is a wonderfully comfortable and spacious house, in the most beautiful and quiet of locations. It was very well supplied and had everything we needed. It was a short drive from sights, activities and restaurants. We didn't want to leave. Be careful driving, especially at night, as we did see deer crossing the roads.

Relaxing, peaceful retreat.

My husband and I were seeking a rental that allowed us the social distancing we prefer right now, yet be close to enough activities. This definitely fit the bill. We toured Kentuck Knob, but mostly we explored the miles and miles of trails all within 10-20 minutes from this home. We got into a great little rhythm of morning hikes and then returning home for late afternoons on the patio for cocktails, reading and listening to the water trickling through the fountain. A perfect option for those who want outdoor activities, but want the comforts of a lovely vacation home.

Exactly Wright!

A special property that beautifully met our friend group vacation needs as well as fulfilled a life dream of living in a Frank Lloyd Wright-style home. We loved that a decorated Christmas tree was lit up in the living room when we arrived! The kitchen had everything we needed with a cozy table for gathering. We dined well. Beds & baths met our different styles and preferences perfectly and we slept well. The full property and grounds are beautiful - especially the porch and river. The waether was nice enough to allow us to enjoy more than we anticipated. The location was also great for driving in from different places and plenty to do (if you want to leave!) not too long of a drive away.
