Come stay at one of our vacation homes located in Virginia Beach. These homes (800 sq. ft.) offers two bedrooms, one full bath and sleeps 8. Bedroom configurations include one queen bed, one full over full bunk bed and one queen sleeper sofa all fitted with the finest mattresses available. Tropical inspired décor with fully outfitted kitchen that has stainless appliances, granite counters and tiled backsplash. Other bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, tiled or hardwood flooring, shower tub combo and outdoor patio.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. We provide linens and towels for your visit.

Loved the pool and outdoor area. The place was good. Nice stay for our 1st time. Met lots of people renting places around connected by outdoor area and pool! Beach in walking Distance which was amazing!

Perfect for what we needed!

I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews, but everything was great! There were some things left behind from a previous stay hidden in corners, but nothing we couldn't just dispose of. The rental was clean when we arrived, and everyone said their beds were comfortable enough. A broom in the condo would have been a plus, but I made it work. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, right by the playground on the beach, close to the boardwalk and shopping. The pool was a huge plus, and the outside area was great. I would rent here in the future for sure!

I’m very disappointed this house I booked, it very dirty, and smell, the bathroom door can’t lock, the rest of the bedroom door don’t lock either, and the stove don’t work we turn on to warm up food and can’t shut off I call and call no one answers the phone, finally I call about 4 times they answer we have to shut off the powers box to shut off the oven, so now we can’t cook we because we afraid to turn on and doesn’t shut off again, the window and floor soo dirty we can’t even open the window to get air come in so it doesn’t smell in the house. I would never recommend to anyone unless they have to updated, and also the refrigerator the ice doesn’t work, it terrible, I hope this message get to the owner or the company of Vebo, they should refund half of my money I took picture to prove how dirty the property is. This is the picture only the window and floor, I didn’t even took picture of the room because if the outside it not clean then can you imagine the inside. Like I said I’m very disappointed, and they need to invest into new furniture it soo dirty the couch. The pull out coach soo dirty. I’m thinking of reported this to my credit card company that should not paid in full for this vacation.

Highly disappointed

My family of five opted for a change of scenery this year and settled on Virginia Beach based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, our week-long stay was marred by a rundown property that did not live up to expectations. No access to the pool. Upon arrival, we discovered various issues such as a dented electric stove, missing remote control for the bunkbed TV, trash under the furniture, jamming doors, cracks on the walls, ants in the kitchen, and brown water from the bathroom fixtures. The most significant problem was the uncomfortable bed in the main bedroom. Despite attempting to contact the property manager, we received no response. Renters should exercise caution when considering this property.

Frustrating and disappointing from start to finish

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both floors of this property. This was not our original booking, we were moved because we were told our first property was doubled booked. The pool was locked several times that we could never use it, no hours were displayed or in the contract or house rules. The door on the first floor was stuck, the living room furniture on both floors were extremely dirty, the shower on the first floor did not work so we had to take cup bathes, and the AC units in the second level did not cool at all. The listing on Airbnb says each unit can fit 8 people, I would say max 5 at best. There is construction all around so occasionally the water will come out brown when you turn it on. The house needs basic cleaning supplies like a broom and mop. Overall disappointed.

Cute, but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location! During our stay the WiFi stopped working after a couple of days, but the owner was very accommodating and offered access to another vacant unit they owned so I could work if needed. Very good service and communication from the owner. The place is cute and as pictured.However, they need a better cleaning company. The shower had mold and hair in the windowsill from a prior guest, and the oven wasn’t cleaned out so when we turned it on to cook something, the place quickly filled with a burnt smell from prior food cooking off. The biggest thing is the pillows do not have protectors and they are dingy and yellow. My husband and I own two short term rentals ourselves, and this is a huge hot spot for me. The queen size bed is very uncomfortable, so much that my husband slept on the couch because the one side sags. I think the box springs are possibly broken due to the way the mattress Towels are limited and you do need to bring your own pool/beach towels as well as hand soap for the bathroom. If the owner invested in a good deep clean, a better cleaning crew and a couple of upgrades, this would be a 5 star property.

Great location ,easy access to beach but roaches!!

Stay at the upper unit for 6 nights and we were happy with the condition! Extended another night but we were told moved to a lower unit. It looks great and clean when we moved in the during the day but we checked out early next morning around 2:30am boy their were a lot of roaches all over the bathroom, kitchen and bed rooms. There were more roaches followed us home to Michigan bugs were in our luggage and bags. That was the most bugs we ever saw in one small apartment.

small but close to lots of things

parking was tight, sometimes blocked alleyways, small quarters, 1 bathroom which had a precarious light blocking sink and mirror access. nice small pool, close to beach, close to restaurants. wifi was weak and disconnected often. kitchen was not laid out well, but we survived.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the property management team was responsive and easy to work with. The walk to the beach is short, as close as you can get without staying in a hotel. The best part about this rental is the pool. There is a sun shelf in the water and umbrellas in the pool as well. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend this place!
