This impressive and beautiful home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.
From spacious common areas to private and stylish bedrooms. It has everything travelers need and could want to feel comfortable while exploring Las Vegas.
This cozy 4 bedroom home includes 3.5 bathrooms, 2 king beds, 2 queen bed, and 2 queen size bunk beds.
The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay.
It is equipped with all essential appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave.
The laundry room is equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. Detergent and softener can be provided during your stay upon request.
It includes a Theater room, where you can your family can enjoy time together. An electric vehicle charging station (j1772 220v up to 32A) is provided to charge your Tesla or other EV. There is an RV parking area (at least 35ft, with 50A power) and plenty of car parking space. All details in our home have been designed so you can spend your time comfortably relaxing with your family.
Non-service Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
Also, if any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.

NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS
We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances.
Our house rules state:
No loud music outside Give hours
No smoking inside
No parties or events are allowed
No pets unless authorized (fees apply)
Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
• If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
• Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers.
• Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm.
• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by AV security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
