- NOTE: Guests have to make their own arrangements when renting a boat and also rent a space for a trailer since the complex doesn't allow trailers
- NOTE: 4 beach towels, a cooler, 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cart, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo closet for you to use, clean (brushed free of sand & dried), and return to the closet when finished. If you do not want to carry these items to the beach, there are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach at an extra cost (they are not part of the units, it is private pay). The cost range from $65.00/day plus
