Perfect place to stay for our family of 10 and amenities were great for both the kiddos and adults. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and checkin/out was a breeze! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

The beach access was an easy walk, although I am glad we brought a wagon for all of the stuff! We had a great time. The beaches are beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool being right behind the condo! It was so nice to sit on the porch to watch our teens swim in the pool after a long day at the beach!

Weather could’ve been better but we still enjoyed the beach. The unit we stayed was clean and not too far to walk to the beach, close to the main pool and hot tub and has plenty of room for our family. The master room bed was okay, it could definitely use an upgrade!..Also, beach service would be a nice amenity to include in this unit!

Too Expensive!

This condos location was fantastic within Sandpiper Cove. The main problems with the condo itself are that the TVs didn’t all work or the internet. And when messaging the host to try and resolve the issue there was no response. So if you have any issues it’s very likely they won’t get resolved during your stay. This property was not worth the cost. I would look for another property within sandpiper cove.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very good location. However, it needs a very thorough cleaning and paint job. You cannot walk across the floor without shoes unless you like black bottomed feet! It could be a great condo but needs some extra care! You cannot expect renters to pay these prices for unmaintained property. The reservation process and check in/out was very professional and everyone was very helpful. I would stay at Sandpiper Cove again, just not in this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: High marks for SCove office personnel! Very helpful. Appliances all very well maintained. Beds were perfect. AC worked very well. My only complaint was that the condo needs a very very deep cleaning. More than vacuum, mopping, and dusting. A lot of built up grime on sliding glass door handles to patios. Bar table and stools on patio were very grimy. They hadn't been washed down in years. Feet bottoms are blackened after walking on floor after a few hours. Dresser in kids room was in very poor shape. Couldn't close two drawers because it was so beat up. Bathtub drain for kids room wouldn't drain. I had to buy a cheap plastic snake to clear it of sand and hair. Screen on large window in living room was torn. It should have been replaced long ago. Looks like the owner doesn't want to put any maintenance into condo other than bare minimum. Other than these items the condo was excellent and I would recommend it if the deep cleaning and repairs are done.

Amazing stay an i loved the location

This was my first time using vrbo an ot was great, it was easy to get places. There was a dock close by so we used the water taxis which was a fun experience and affordable. Easy access to the beach an the location of the condo was right next to the pool that had 3 hot tubs. There was 5 pools on this property which was great if one was too crowded. I would definitely stay there again.. a bonus if its the same exact condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sandpiper Cove. We have been coming here for 10+ years. This unit is in a nice location and is laid out well. The jack and jill bathroom between bathrooms 2/3 is nice but a bit inconvenient during the day, having to go back through the rooms to access the restroom. Would be nice for an extra 1/2 bath in shared living area for during the day and also for our pull out couch sleeper at night (avoid having to come into a room to access the bathroom). But not a huge deal. But the biggest thing that I would recommend is that they update the kitchen with even the most basic cooking items. We thankfully bring a lot with us but there isn't even a baking sheet. Small appliances and stove are extremely dated as well. A few kitchen upgrades would really make the cooking experience a lot nicer. But we loved the location near the pool (and the deck) with just a short walk to the beach.

Nice place. Furniture a little beatup and old but for the most part usable. The floors of the condo turned our feet black...so shoes/slippers were necessary indoors. There are not enough towels for the 8 people we had much less the 10 that the condo can sleep. The pool and jacuzzi adjacent to the condo was in need of cleanining and filtration system was not working properly. The location is very convenient and beach access is a short walk. The resteraunt valet parking makes it difficult to navigate the narrow roads on the property and to park in some of the spaces. Over all the property is nice but not almost $500 a night nice.
