Beautiful rental

My family and I enjoyed this selective and elegant location in Aruba that made our vacation an enjoyment. The property is very well maintained with all the facilities that will provide an exceptional experience. We are definitely planning to return for our winter break.

Beautiful views

Stayed with another couple, but could have fit two families easily. The views were amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing home. Proximity to Arashi beach and Palm is great. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great Location and View!

We visited with friends and were pleasantly surprised to the amazing view from the pool area! We spent every evening lounging with a view of the strip. The house was very clean, well appointed and communication with the property manager was extremely easy! We would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others and plan on visiting again!

Beautiful House

The house was great for our family of 5. The house and view are wonderful, and the host provided many extras that made our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood is very quiet and only 7 minutes from Moomba beach which was a lot of fun. I would love to give this house 5 stars but one thing we were looking forward to was the hot tub, and it didn’t work the entire trip. The host ended up replacing the unit the day we left. Overall a wonderful house!

Beautiful time

We had a wonderful time staying at the house in Aruba. Any issues we had were addressed in a reasonable time and with willingness. While the internet was spotty for us, Victor did his best to take care of it and was even able to to a great upgrade as we were leaving so it will be superb when we ever get the opportunity to come back. The views were stunning and we felt very safe while there. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Beautiful home in Aruba

This property is as listed, Victor was great to work with during our week and a half stay. Any minor issues/questions were handled quickly. The pool (for the non-beach days) was nice, refreshing and needed as the sun is intense, also kept the kiddos occupied while we laid out and caught some rays. The back porch was great for eating dinner and lounging about in the shade. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy which allowed us to start our vacation quickly and get the most out of it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba...Thanks again Victor and team.

Paradise!

My family has been visiting this beautiful island since the mid 1980’s, always staying at a time share which of course is great. But this year we decided to try something different and rent a home for the extra space and privacy that we need. Are we glad we found this property! We always drove through Tierra Del Sol and marveled at how beautiful the homes around the property are. This place is amazing! Not only is it huge, it is spotless clean and has a wonderful, open and easy to use lay out. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower plus another bathroom and shower outdoors. The pool with attached hot tub were to die for! The view from this patio are around the pool was the best I have ever had at any property or hotel I’ve ever visited. Incredible, this place had everything we would ever need and more. Plus, it is at a point on the island that makes it easy to get to the hi rise hotel area, downtown Oranjestad, or any point inland or south. In conclusion, this was a 100% enjoyable trip and the property was a dream come true!

Fabulous Property

This house is just as described! It’s well stocked with everything you need to cook, eat, drink, including basic seasonings and supplies like paper towels, detergents, etc. The pool area is the best! It overlooks the other houses and has a direct view to the high rise hotels. We had issues with the WiFi but it was quickly addressed! The property mgmt team was quick to respond to questions and referred us to a car rental that worked great for us! Highly recommend the house for single or double families! The bunk room is awesome for kids. The other two rooms have en suites. Tierra Del Sol is a quick drive to high rise section and straight shot to downtown areas. Perfect for us!

Beautiful, spacious villa with absolutely everything you need

This a very well maintained and very well specified villa which has everything you might need during your holiday. To be clear, this is a 5/6 bedroom house but the upstairs is not available. What you get, therefore, is a very large downstairs space and a large patio area and large pool/jacuzzi. The property is very tastefully decorated and everything works in the kitchen and laundry. Essential supplies were provided on arrival (washing powder, dishwasher tablets , waste bags etc) which was impressive.The villa is one of a few on Tierra del Sol that has a genuine well elevated position giving views from the patio down the island. Great setting for evening drinks or a BBQ. A car is probably essential for part or all of your stay. Space for two cars to park.Overall it felt we had been invited into somebody's home and the care of preparation for our arrival was impressive, as was the communication with the management company via the vrbo app. and email.We are definitely coming back , and thank you to the owners who have really created a fantastic villa rental experience.

Beautiful Home but Hosting left a lot to be desired

Here’s a draft for your Vrbo review: “The house was very nice in terms of design and decor, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. First, there was no hot water, and the pool was dirty for the first two days. On top of that, the property was in need of some basic upkeep—landscaping was overgrown, making it difficult to access the lounge chairs, and the BBQ area was completely unkept, which was disappointing. We reached out to the host several times about these issues, and while they initially responded, they never followed up. Each time, we had to contact them again hours later to check the status, which added frustration to our stay. While the house itself was attractive, the lack of maintenance and poor communication made it hard to enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the host improves both the property upkeep and their responsiveness to guest concerns.”

Beverly Hills of Aruba

The neighborhood and property were beautiful. Our safari jeep driver referred to it as the Beverly Hills of Aruba. The view from the patio and pool area was breathtaking. The hot tub took a long time to get bath warm so dont expect to want to get in it or stay in it. My adult children loved the huge ice maker in the bar area. The blnder worked great for frozen drinks. No kitchen extras except a salt shaker and some coffee filters. Groceries were more expensive than eating out so we didnt cook at the house. The sofa was wonderful. The bunk toom mattresses were all uncomfortable for adults but would be ok for younger children. The other two bedrooms had comfortable beds. The amenities lited have to be paid for such as the gym, 19 each visit, the public pool and indoor pool would be an additional 35 dollars a day. That was disapointing as the view of the ocean from the community pool was so nice. The swcurity was good. The garbage cans outside were full when we arrived so i worried about critters and such as the lids had to sit ipen all week. I was told there were two sets of golf clubs but there were not any. On Wednesday the host dropped off a personal set which my son used to go golfing once. Overall it was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay and i would likely stay again with a large group. The 4th bathroom and outdoor shower were a nice bonus.

Tierra del Sol-Beautiful

The property was very nice. We have stayed at numerous properties in Tierra del Sol and are 5 star renters. We treat it like it’s our home. I had trouble with the safe and big TV in family room. We reached out 2 times to the property manager about this and said we needed help. He never responded to us about these two things. He only responded about the broken hot tub. The top reason for renting this house was the hot tub. So for the whole week we had no TELEVISION, no SAFE and a broken hot tub. The most annoying thing was Victor never responded to our issues other then the broken hot tub. We have been coming here for 12 years and this is the first time that a person did not greet us at the house and go over how things run/ work. If you are not going to greet your guests at the house I recommend a book with instructions. It was a horrible experience. If anyone is in the house this next week expect no TV or hot tub. Once again we felt totally ignored and never got any responses from Victor accept for the Ho tub issue. I personally would not recommend this house due to the property manager. I feel the owner should be aware of the property managers poor customer service. I have never done a negative review but this was not a positive experience. I t was the most frustrating experience we have ever had a VRBO rental. Even after knowing we were not happy he still continues to send automated messages☹️Pam A.

Just a practical paradise!

This property was just what we needed, and then some! The location and the views it affords are breathtaking and relaxing. The complex is very quiet and walkable and is so convenient to the beaches and activities. It is clear that the management team and owners see this property as a functional "home away from home" with all of the expected appliances and dishes, as well as a healthy complement of spices. The property is so very comfortable and well laid out. We are already making plans to return and stay here again! The grill and pool/jacuzzi are spectacular. Our whole family highly recommends this property! Truly a wonderful stay in prardise!

Amazing view, great location

The property offered everything we could have asked for. Kids loved spending time in the pool. The location is close to beaches and restaurants. The terrace view was amazing, especially during nighttime. We will consider renting the house again.
