The Home
This entire home accommodates up to six guests and is arranged across three levels, connected by a private elevator for added ease of movement throughout the space. The layout includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering comfortable separation between sleeping areas and shared living spaces. Climate control with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans helps maintain comfort year-round, and thoughtful touches like keyless self check-in allow you to settle in smoothly upon arrival.

Living Spaces
Inside, the home balances openness with privacy, creating inviting areas to gather as well as quiet corners to unwind. HDTVs and WiFi support downtime or remote work, while a dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot to focus if needed. Washer and dryer access adds practicality for longer stays or beach-filled days.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is designed as a functional space where guests can cook their own meals, equipped with major appliances and a dining table for shared meals. Whether preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner indoors, the setup supports everyday cooking without unnecessary extras.

Outdoor Living and Pool
Outdoor spaces include a patio or balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day. Just steps away, the shared outdoor saltwater pool is available year-round and offers a refreshing break from the beach. A BBQ grill is also available for casual outdoor cooking, complementing the relaxed pace of the neighborhood.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub).

Beach access is directly across A1A, making it easy to reach the wide, sandy shoreline whenever the mood strikes. The area is also well-suited for boating enthusiasts, with space for parking and a nearby launch to the Intracoastal Waterway. Free driveway parking for up to three vehicles adds convenience, and the private entrance provides a sense of arrival that feels separate and unhurried.

Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and towels are provided for your stay, along with standard home safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. The property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, allowing canine companions to join you by the coast.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
