Just beyond, the enclosed Florida Room extends the living space with wide windows overlooking the golf course. Both bedrooms connect to this light-filled room, offering an inviting spot to read, work, or simply enjoy the view. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant indoor climate year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals during your stay, with granite and marble countertops and a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The adjacent dining table offers space to gather for breakfast before heading out or to settle in for a quiet dinner at home.

Sleeping Arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A bathtub is available within the home, offering flexibility for different guest needs. Bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outdoor & Community Access
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony area, or spend time at the community pool within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Guests have access to the community pool and beach access point only - no parking here. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is available at the condo. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad allow for flexible arrivals.

Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind. Amenities are private.

Note
This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
