Entra en este espacioso, apartamento del segundo piso y la primera cosa que llama la atención es la vista hermosa de la playa y el océano. Desde el comedor a la sala ya través de la fantástica terraza las olas y las salidas del sol son un espectáculo para la vista.

El comedor tiene capacidad para seis y ofrece una vista de la playa y el océano. El cómodo salón ofrece los mismos puntos de vista con TV por cable. Sin embargo, la terraza es donde se puede pasar la mayor parte de su tiempo, disfrutar de su café de la mañana cuando sale el sol o durante la noche con un cóctel mientras el sol brilla sobre el océano.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que usted necesite o desee

El dormitorio principal, con vistas al océano, tiene un rey y TV, con baño completo. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas dobles (no gemelos).

Por supuesto, el condominio cuenta con Wi-Fi, sillas de playa, juguetes de playa, toallas de playa y mucho más.

Right on the beach and well appointed. This property had everything needed for a nice vacation. Kendra (manager) was very responsive and we had a great time. Same as all beach properties where we have stayed it could use a few touch ups.

Love Ponte Vedra

Condo has large balcony with big view of the beach. Location is perfect for us. Great area to ride bikes. Just a few others on the beach. Good surf fishing spot. This is our second year to stay at this condo.

Fantastic location; dated property

Our first thought was how everything about the unit needed modernization. Our second thought was how amazing the view was. Our third thought was “ who cares if it’s dated with that view”! The unit was clean and everything worked. Location was fantastic. Kendra was great to deal with.

Everything is Wonderful

This Condo was exactly what we were looking for. So many times, there are no pots and pans, few Utensils, and generally missing things that are necessary. No this Condo! So nice. And the beds were comfortable along with the furniture. I wanted to live on the porch and was there for sunrise every morning. Will go back.

Lovely stretch of beach

This nice condo is on a lovely stretch of the beach and we were happy to be on the second story with a beautiful view. The lanai is large and has 6 glass doors that can be closed in cold or inclement weather which would provide an extra living space in bad weather. Be aware that it is possible to only open 2 of the 6 glass doors at one time so that the direct view and ocean breeze is restricted to a third of the lanai. Our host, Kendra, was very helpful.

Kendra always thinks of everything

We have rented beach properties with Kendra at least 6 times. She is our go to when visiting PVB. Her properties are always well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and this was no exception. The only reason we gave the unit a 4 instead of 5 is how dated the property is. It's not Kendra's fault as it is the owner's responsibility to update the unit but it looks like almost nothing has been done to this since it was built in the 80s. However, everything did work, it was clean and it was a little cheaper than other units we've rented. We would chose one of Kendra's other properties if available.

Nice view but condo is serious need of an update

Stayed a week at the condo. The view of the ocean was lovely but the condo was very dated. The fireplace was rusty and old. The mirrored walls and fireplace had chips off the mirror (the backing). It was unsightly. The carpet was not clean and furniture was old. The TV in the master bedroom was ancient and there was no television in the other bedroom, and the television in the living room was tiny. The kitchen was dated but clean. I would not stay here again. Tile was coming off in the master bathroom. They need to take a little bit of money and ipdate the condo. If they did this, it would be a good place to stay.

Nice place on beach

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The pictures in the Vrbo listing are completely accurate and well describe the 2nd-floor 2BR condo. The porch facing the ocean is special. Everything worked and the mattresses were good. A hyper-observant person will notice some modest wear around the corners, baseboards, doors and faucets. Our guest in the front BR with two fulls complained of night noise from an outdoors AC compressor, but the master BR with one king was completely quiet. The city water from the tap had a slight sulfurous smell. The beach is wide and flat with no seaweed, lots of foam, and many pulverized shells. The ocean swells near the beach were usually five feet and only rarely were calmer. We would gladly stay here again should we return to the area.

Prime spot in PVB to relax

Perfect spot for our family to get away for a few days of R&R before school and travel sports start back up. Host was very responsive to inquiries and condo was just as described. Would definitely go back!
