Perfect place for a small family!

My husband, 10 mo old, and myself stayed here for a weekend and loved it. Great location and in a nice quiet neighborhood for when we wanted to wind down for the evening. We appreciated having our car parked in the driveway and not having to struggle to find parking. Super clean place. Host was so accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Denver!

Wonderful Stay in Denver

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and clearly reflected pride of ownership. The host provided every amenity we could need and the communication was excellent. He even provided a lovely display of snacks upon our arrival. The location is a short drive away from everything we had planned. We will definitely book with Rigo again when we visit Denver.

Rigo was very communicative and responsive. He was able to accommodate an earlier check in. The property was well taken care of. The living space was as pictured and clean. Complementary drinks and snacks were nice. We would stay here again.

Great place for the price point! The place was clean and in a great area. We loved that they had cold water in the fridge, the tv programmed for Netflix, and so many towels for the bathroom! You could hear the footsteps above and you couldn’t control the air conditioning downstairs but there were plenty of fans to help cool things down. This was great for a weekend trip.

Nice basement apartment north of Denver center. On street parking available, the apartment was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. All appliances etc worked well. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. I'd recommend for a couple or 3 people. We stayed for a long weekend in Denver. Close to highways, so easy to get around by car. Close to a nice park in a quiet residential area.

Appealing Denver Area Stay

The owner was very pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. The setting was lovely, with garden areas. The apartment was attractive, clean, and neat. Refrigerated water, fruit, and some grocery incidentals were provided, as well as plenty of towels and bathing incidentals. All-in-all it was the best owner-hosted stay of this kind that I have encountered. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so enjoyable!

Denver vacation

This was our first time visiting Colorado, and it did not disappoint. Rigo our property manager was top notch, very easy to check in and out. Any questions or concerns we had he was right on it. The apartment was nice ,clean, up dated appliances a home away from home. My husband and i would sit out on the patio every morning drinking our coffee warxhing the sunrise. The neighborhood is very quiet. Rigo is the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. Hes gave us great ideas for things to do and see. He also has two wonderful dogs Echo and Lucky. They bark to say hello, but are very friendly. They love to play fetch. Beautiful dogs. All and all I highly recommend renting from Rigo you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back to Colorado!

Perfect location

It was a great central location for all of the excursions we wanted to do in Colorado. The rental was very clean and cozy and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus! I loved sitting outside, drinking my coffee and writing. I could smell all the flowers when we were coming and going.

Had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for 2 couples! Our host was very helpful and answered any questions we had. It is located in a good neighborhood and not far from any of the locations we visited. The place was very clean and organized. Would definitely stay there again if we ever returned.

Convenient location.

Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure.

Week Long Stay in the Cozy & Chic Apartment

The cozy and chic apartment was a perfect place to stay for my recent week long visit to the Denver area. This well appointed and very comfortable basement apartment is close to all that the Denver area has to offer. While I had no issues during my stay, the owner was very attentive and customer focused. Great Denver Location

We were in town to see Taylor Swift this was a fantastic location for that 10 Minutes downtown to anywhere, as well as we were visiting our daughters new Campus at CU Boulder only 30 minutes away for that as well close to HWY 36. The host Rigo had the fridge,stocked with an arrival snack and drinks he was very pleasant. The place was very clean,and had anything you needed was quiet,and safe. The dogs will greet you behind the fence with a bark but they did not bother us at all.

It felt like being home. Everything you'd think to need or may have forgotten to bring was stocked. It was spotless and very well organized. Location, location plus great amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stylish, light-filled apartment. The host has thoughtfully designed the space to be warm, easy to use, and full of tasteful amenities. We didn't need anything during our stay, but the host was gracious and readily available. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Denver and Boulder. This will be our place to stay for future visits to the Denver area.
