I would recommend this property. It was clean and had everything you need. Its close to a mall, groceries & restaurants. I liked that they had a washer& dryer on site to use.

Wonderful property, very clean and lots of extra’s ( extra drinks, candy, snacks and even a keurig machine with selection of coffee. Host was always responded quickly. It was very good. Thank you.

Great hosts and location.

We would highly recommend that you book this place. They are very friendly and helpful with information about the area, what to see, transportation options, where to eat. Responded to our questions in a timely manner.The unit was clean. We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in the apartment. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and we have to mention the great shower! It was very easy to get around as the Skytrain was only a 5 minute walk away. If we ever come to Vancouver again we will definitely stay here!

Burnaby 3 day stay

Very nice

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet and close to the train station (we walked) to go downtown. We took an Uber to the cruise port since we had bags. Hosts were very nice and left yummy chocolates and some flavored water. We’d definitely stay there again.

An amazing stay

My daughter and I spent a week in this property, it is in a lovely quiet location and is about a 10 min walk from the Skyline which can take you to the Waterfront in 20 minutes, it is also 15 min walk from Metrotown the shopping mall. The hosts of the property are lovely and friendly and the property has everything you need. I love that there was an ensuite toilet as well as a bathroom with toilet. There was a nice welcome gift which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great deal.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The place was clean and quiet. All the amenities. The neighborhood was very nice. I can't say enough about what a great place. It was a excellent price. I will definitely come back. Two things I really liked were the accessible parking and the laundry.

Lovely suburban community

The lovely basement unit is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy parking and quick access to major thoroughfares without being cramped or noisy. The unit is just as described and the owner is responsive and welcoming.

Owner is very friendly and available. She even helped with our luggage!! There place was clean with all necessary info, also some drinks and snacks. Felt very welcome. Despite it is a basement suite, the unit is spacious and bright, the surrounding area is quiet and we feel safe even returning late. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, comfy and safe place for staying in vancouver.

Great Stay

We stayed here for 5 days as we toured around the various areas in Vancouver. Everthing was a 20 to 40 min drive or sky train ride. The mall and grocery were a quick drive or walk. We appreciated very much the water and snacks provided upon arrival and the ease of parking and entry. We have a boy and girl teenagers so the second room with two beds was a great Our host greeted us upon arrival and departure and was very nice.

Excellent Location

The host kindly greeted us on arrival. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Bathrooms spotless. The kitchenette was satisfactory, we were able to make most of our meals at home. Perhaps the best was the location. Easy walk to many things including Metrotownand the Skytrain. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. We would return.

Everything we were looking for.

Owners were wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. The property was equiped with everything we needed, extremely clean and even a little welcoming tray of water and snacks. The beds were perfect. I brought a fan because I read there was only AC in the living room. I never needed it. They had fans in both bedrooms and it cooled down at night. The location was close to everything. Would definitely stay again if we return to Vancouver.

Wonderful stay

My family and I were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay at Fanzi's place. The host was very accommodating to our needs. We did run into him in the front with his cute dog Penny, and he was cheerful and welcoming. The place exceeded expectations and we appreciated the little things - such disposable slippers for all guest and some beverages. One small area for improvement we noted was that a couple dishes and cutlery was not washed thoroughly. Nothing that a quick rinse didn't solved but something to consider. It is also noted that the wifi information on VRBO was incorrect but the on-site binder had the correct information. One other suggestion is perhaps a full body mirror. While this is not an expectation it would have been nice to have on our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

Small and convenient basement.

To get to the Vrbo house we used Apple maps to guide us to the home, and it brought us to the back alley way of the unit. However, you will need to park in front of the main house and walk to the back to access the unit. In the basement of the house is where you will find the Vrbo. It is not handicap accessible because you have to walk down stairs to get to the unit. The owners provide some welcoming snacks and drinks, which is a nice touch. The place has three beds and is comfortable for a family of four. The beds are soft, squeaky, and bouncy. Also, the bathrooms are small with little to no counter space. The house walls are very thin and you can hear the owners upstairs especially in the early mornings around 6am. Outside of the unit is a door that says “laundry room” where you will find a washer and dryer. This neighborhood is nice and safe with a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain. There is a big mall close by with stores like Walmart, T&T Supermarket, and The Canadian Superstore inside.
