Blake and Linda are always so friendly. The unit is clean and quiet and convenient to so many things. This was our second time staying with them and we will be back again.

Very nice, pretty, comfortable, clean space. I enjoyed my time here. Great location. Very helpful and friendly hosts. I recommend. Bonus is a playground across the street if you have kids.

Lovely hosts, very clean, great location across from a public park/playground/school/church with lots of delicious restaurants nearby like Singapore Hawker. Yum! Gave it 4/5 because:1) extremely uncomfortable couch prevented my daughters and I from cuddling comfortably on the couch.2) it’s a basement suite and the owners upstairs walked around in shoes which was noisy, though they thoughtfully seemed to wait until one of us was up before vacuuming or doing truly loud activities.3) lacking in items many other well-equiped vacation rental units have, like cooking oil, coffee whitener/milk/cream and more than 2 pods of coffee for 3 people for 5 nights. Not a huge deal, of course, I just really appreciate it when I can arrive and have a cup of coffee with milk/cream/whitener as soon as I check in, without having to go shopping first. Everything else was great: communication, lock, water pressure/temp, beds, kitchen. If they got a new couch that didn’t have a couple of big concavities in it/broken springs, I’d stay here again.

Linda was incredibly friendly and the suite was wonderful! The washer and dryer were very helpful, and the beds were super comfy. There were also two couch like things that I could curl up on and sleep forever. Such a wonderful place, I’ll definitely return if I ever come back to Vancouver

Calm and lovely place

Had a nice short stay. It's a basement apartment - but high ceilings and newly renovated. It's across from a park/playground and there's lots of parking. Hosts were lovely.

Linda was a great help and made sure we got into the unit without any issues. Clean, well-located, close to lots of amenities. Would stay here again for sure.
