This picturesque community is adjacent to the Continental Country Club, providing easy access to golfing amenities and the serene Lake Elaine. Amberwood is well-known for its beautiful views and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal locale for those seeking a retreat from the hustle without straying too far from city conveniences.

Other Things to Note:
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

For safety and compliance, a front-facing Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor occupancy and respond to emergencies. An additional exterior camera monitors only the side yard and front driveway/garage area. No interior cameras or recording devices are present.

The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only. It does not record conversations or specific sounds, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $175 non-refundable pet fee applies to any stay that includes a dog.
