Retroceda en un lote de acres de gran tamaño al lado de un cinturón verde. Unidad de privacidad con un garaje para 2 coches. La cocina es ABSOLUTAMENTE MAGNÍFICA. Ningún detalle fue pasado por alto y hay una despensa oculta. Plan luminoso y abierto con dos dormitorios en el nivel principal, uno de ellos con baño privado. La suite principal de tamaño generoso se diseñó cuidadosamente con sus vanidades y su fabulosa ducha con bañera separada. Hay tres dormitorios adicionales en la planta superior para un total de 6 dormitorios en la casa. Gran capacidad de almacenamiento y un amplio lodo en la lavandería. Spacious and updated

Spacious and updated house with everything we needed for our group of 9 adults. This place was perfect for the reunion and it provided privacy and options for relaxation. Location was also convenient for shopping, restaurants…Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Same Great Place

Great Location

Plenty of Room for the family to spread out didn’t feel crowded at all. Kitchen was very spacious to cook and gather in. Family enjoyed the stay, very pretty with the snow on the ground!

Family Get Away

This house has great space to accomodate lots of people, our kids loved it, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the location is great. But it could have been cleaner, the living/dining room/outdoor furniture was very worn, and the spa was way too chlorinated to take advantage of using.

Flagstaff family wedding stay at Holland Retreat

Great location! Located just 3 miles from Viola’s Garden Wedding venue. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with 2 main floor bedrooms for our 81, 86, and 91 year old parents and plenty of room for our adult children, spouses and significant others. Awesome kitchen with plenty of cookware for large group meals. Our stay was perfect!

Would return!

Clean, comfy, practical, and fun! The layout of the home allowed everyone to spend time in the kitchen/family room. The layout of the bedrooms, especially the ones upstairs, also gave us opportunities for quiet times when we needed them. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Everything and more!!

We came up for a graduation and our entire family was able to stay together to celebrate. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Well supplied kitchen, nice big yard, and all the amenities you could ever need! We will definitely be back for the next one!

Great Weekend Getaway

We traveled from the East Valley for the long MLK weekend. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the property offered something for everyone. We packed for 1-3" of snow and by the time we left we had 18"...so check the weather forecast LOL Beautiful neighborhood, awesome cook's kitchen, comfy beds and the owner was terrific to work with. Went above and beyond for sure. Great place for multiple families or multiple generations.

Great getaway for the extended family!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for and exactly as described. My family, including 2 teens and my in-laws, all had a room and plenty of space. The location is great for access to stores, restaurants, and drive-throughs, and it's a tranquil neighborhood that's great for walking. The kitchen also had everything we needed. We even had some snow, and the property manager made sure the driveway was clear for us. Overall, a great place for a family getaway! I would recommend this home and will likely stay there again.

Perfect getaway for mountain adventures

We were up here for a gravel cycling getaway with friends and the house was perfect for a group of 9. The location was ideal - right next to the FUTS trail, which was a gateway to epic days on the bike! The house was very homey and had all the amenities, including a dream kitchen. The only downside was the mattresses. They were very well-worn - if you weren't sleeping in the exact middle, you were in a crater on either side of the bed. Otherwise everything was great!

Our stay in Flagstaff

The house location was great, the space allowed for my family to stay in the same house, which we loved. The amenities and furniture were old, mismatched and not in the best condition… not to mention the master mattress was awful. It was supposed to be my birthday trip to relax and I could barely get rest in the bed. The backyard had snow, which was great but the patio furniture was not well maintained either so we were unable to sit outside.. Overall great time spent with family, but wish those details would have been better.

Family Christmas trip

House was great. Equipped with everything needed for a family with all ages. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We had a great time playing in the snow and them warming up by the fire. They even had a Christmas tree set up for the stay. Thanks for a great home for our get away.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The home was attractive, spacious and clean. We loved having 6 bedrooms (one is a converted office, so no closet) and 3.5 baths. We all especially loved the open kitchen and enjoyed the surprise of discovering the large pantry. Downside was that the oven would kick off during use and we’d have to reset it at the breaker. Not sure why this kept happening, if it’s user error than post specifics instructions! We also agree with other posters that it would be best to mention upfront that the house is nut-free. We spent most of our indoor time relaxing around the fireplace, hanging in the dining room and kitchen and again, loved the wide openness of the area. Great laundry room by the way! And the home is only a mile from a plethora of shopping and restaurants. (oh, two of the bedrooms could really use new mattresses, the master and the no closet bedroom. )

Great Family Retreat

This home is very clean with all the amenities, kitchen was fully stocked beds very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. The communication was great too!

I am virtually an Arizona native having lived in Arizona since the age of two. I am a real estate professional and investor working full time in the Arizona real estate industry since 2005. As the broker/owner of Viza Realty, I am a member of both the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors. My family and I call our Scottsdale home our primary residence although we do live full time in Flagstaff during the summers and spend many weekends during the school year at our secondary home in Flagstaff. Flagstaff is a wonderful place and a very special place for my family. I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University where I studied business and earned my business degree back in 1992.
