The space is a newly built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home named "Koko" (meaning wind) for its elevated position on the ridge. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in comfy new Super King and King sized beds (Note 2 super kings can be split apart to make up to 4 king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV. Always professionally cleaned.

Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a slightly more of an out-of-town being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Center and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.
