The Space:
The house features two cozy bedrooms, each designed for a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bunk bed (over the double), accommodating up to five guests comfortably. Enjoy breathtaking scenic lake views of Lake Rotorua from the windows, creating a relaxing atmosphere. For those who love water activities, kayaks are available on site for exploring the lake. Life jackets are included. The inviting living room includes an indoor fireplace, with firewood provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole place to yourself when you stay here. That means both bedrooms, the full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area are all yours. We'll also provide the basics: sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies. Plus, there's access to the lake, and you're welcome to use the kayaks!

You're just a short 10-minute drive from Rotorua's vibrant city center, where you can explore a variety of shops, dine at local restaurants, and immerse yourself in the rich cultural attractions. Getting Around:
While public transport is accessible, we recommend using your own vehicle to explore Rotorua's attractions. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street at 9A Cooper Avenue, Holdens Bay, Rotorua. This accommodation offers a garage for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
A bike wash and bike racks are available (inside the garage). Being lakeside, we do get the lake flies, especially at dusk as the light is changing. They're pesky but they don't bite, they're more of an annoyance than anything. They are the food for our amazing trout out in the lake so they're not all bad! You'll just need to keep windows closed at night, especially if the lights are on inside the house.
