At 2,652 sq ft, this cabin is spacious for a 3-bedroom property (same size as a 4-bedroom), so you can stretch out and enjoy after a long day.

The space

Huge 8-person hot tub and sauna just for you inside the cabin!

Conveniently located minutes from all major attractions while offering guests a quiet place to retreat. No scary mountain roads. The cabin is on the same elevation as the City of Pigeon Forge (~1,100 ft above sea level) inside a gated HOA with regular road maintenance during the winter months.

Easy steps to the main entrance level. Our cabin offers plenty of space (2400 sq ft) for the family to spread out. We offer 3 king-size beds, 2 queen sofa beds, and 1 full-size bunk bed; the spacious cabin can accommodate 12 adults comfortably or 14 with kids on the full bunk beds!

Enter the first level you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room make of the great room and features an electric fireplace with opulent décor. There is also a 1 king bedroom (Bedroom 1) with an ensuite private bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee with the stunning mountain view!

The upper level is a luxurious Master King Suite (Bedroom 2) with a bedside Jacuzzi tub and a spacious private bathroom with a shower. This space is perfect for some private time.

Continue to the lower level, you will find another Master Suite with its own ensuite bathroom, sauna, and a bedside Jacuzzi tub! The room features a king-size bed and also a full-size bunk bed, perfect for a family with kids.

The game room is equipped with a kitchenette where you can have a casual night playing pool or just simply watch your favorite sports game on the luxurious couch.

Be sure to take in the fresh mountain air and the glorious views from the private covered wrap-around deck. Rejuvenate body and soul in country porch rockers or in the private hot tub right out the door on the covered balcony. The Cabin provides awe and wonders both inside and outside!

The resort features both an indoor (open year-round) and outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a miniature golf course. The mini golf course is open year-round, and clubs+balls are available inside the cabin.

★★PETS POLICY★★

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved and house-trained pets to our cabin! We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture. If you need to leave your pet unattended in the cabin, please ensure they are safely crated. Our standard pet fee is $100 per pet (up to 2 pets). If you plan to bring pets, please make sure to let us know in advance.

*** Vrbo will only automatically charge for one pet. if you're bringing a second pet, the additional pet fee will be collected separately by us before your stay.

***Parking: Trailer parking spot is available to reserve at the resort for a fee, first come first serve basis. Please reach out for details.

Please also note that it’s the ladybug season in the Smokies from Oct to Dec! We have a monthly pest control service and you may see dead and sometimes live ladybugs inside, which is very common in the mountains. Ladybugs are protected under The State of Tennessee, so we can't completely get rid of them even if we want to. We appreciate your understanding, and a vacuum is available for your use as needed.

During your stay, you have complete access to the cabin and resort amenities.

Other things to note

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post-checkout. However, Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding, or furniture may result in additional charges.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

Please note, we do not offer streaming service subscriptions. However, each TV is equipped with a standard Roku, allowing you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area.

The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.

There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.
