The cabin itself was very nice. The communication from the third party management company was awful. We booked this house through VRBO but all the communication was through a different company including having to sign other paperwork/contracts after booking it through Vrbo already. The description on VRBO stated there was a high chair and outdoor tv present. Both were not present. When we asked about this we were told that Vrbo listed it incorrectly. We drove 8 hours to get to here only to drive another 30 to the store to buy a high chair. And could not watch the football game on the deck/hot tube as expected. The community pool was inside and heated which was nice however, we stood outside the entrance door to the pool for 30 minutes in the cold waiting for someone from the management company to figure out the pool door code as it was sent to us in an email. The garage container outside is caged in for the bears. We filled that up a few in and it was never emptied leaving us forced to take the garage to other places to dispose of. No board games, pool toys, toys, liter for grill or cards were present.
