The dining area features a 6 person dining table. The living features a sectional with a 50in. Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room connects to a beautiful patio featuring golf course lake views, along with a large sectional and a fire feature. This condo features washer and dryer and a two car garage.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 50in. Smart TV with cable, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, two large closets. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, ceiling fan, and 43in. TV, large closet and connects to the guest bathroom.

RULES

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
