Welcome to Cascade Village Resort and welcome to our beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom, luxury condominium located 2 miles North of Purgatory Ski Resort.

Cascade Village is nestled under the beautiful Needles Peaks and offers spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the San Juan Mountains. Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

This luxury condominium is a perfect place to make some great family memories. The unit features a large living space, ready to cook in kitchen, and awesome views of the Engineer Mountain. WI-FI is included!

Quaint and quiet place

This was a great place for us to stay and be based out of for exploring the San Juan mountains. Clean, comfortable and great location.

Awesome view, great commodities!

I stayed here on my honeymoon for 4 days with my wife, and we absolutely loved the stay! The hot tubs were awesome, the room was cozy and had everything we needed on our stay. We used the fireplace, and cooked some burgers from James ranch, it was incredible. Brandon was very helpful and quick to respond, definitely will come back next time we go to snowboard at purgatory!

Great location and view

Very clean and nicely decorated 1-bedroom condo. Great view from the back deck having all the comforts of home. Definitely recommended for 2 to 3 people.

Very convenient for skiing. Nice condo, but very small kitchen. Great view. I called the property manager once to ask for more firestarter, and never received an answer.

Great location and condo

The Condo is just north of Purgatory Ski lodge. A great start to driving the Million Dollar Hwy to the north or Durango and Mesa Verde to the south. Just looking out the slider from the living area has a superb view. The Condo has parking underneath the bldg which is nice. Once inside, the unit is just as pictured on the site. You won't be disappointed in renting it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a nice walk-in and the entire place was clean and well stocked for your stay. Plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, and barh supplies.staypictured in the

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was continent for all our activities and staff was friendly when we needed assistance checking in. Only thing I would recommend is replacing the iron and ironing board cover. The iron turned itself off in the middle of my using it. The ironing board cover does not stay on the board at all when using it. This makes it a safety issue if the iron and cover were to fall off together, and extremely difficult to iron belongings. Everything else was fine.

Great condo

Condo was clean and as advertised. Communication with host is a bit difficult as service seems spotty so texts and calls don’t go through or get delayed. But host is prompt with response as soon as he receives communication. Email for check in information was supposed to come after second auto payment. Didn’t happen so had to contact host day before checking in. Otherwise it was a great place and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful View & Short drive to Ski Resort

We cooked and there were plenty of items to do so with. The bathroom door is noisy for anyone that gets up in the middle of the night to go. Sleeper sofa wasn't bad either. It is a sleeper sofa (Know that), but it wasn't bad for the few nights we were there. The view of mountains right outside on the balcony were amazing! It says 2 miles from the mountain, but it felt like it was only a mile. I liked that it was on the other side of the mountain so when people were coming in from Durango we didn't get stuck behind them.

Lots to do in the area. Condo has a stunning view of the mountains, flora, and wildlife. Covered parking garage and resort amenities like pool, hot tub, tennis court are included. We would lease this condo again in a heartbeat!

Rainy Stay! :)

Great stay. Condo had a wonderful view and was well maintained. The restaurant was closed on Monday & Tuesday. I know it is not owners issue, but would be nice to know the schedule since there are few choices without driving back to Durango.
