Esta casa se encuentra a 8 km de la estación de esquí Jay Peak. La casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con una nueva cocina, sala de estar, comedor y bañera de hidromasaje. La bañera de hidromasaje se adapta cómodamente a 5 adultos con ventanas alrededor. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren al porche cubierto al aire libre. Arriba y abajo encontrarás salas de estar con grandes sofás y televisión por cable con wifi. Nueva lavadora-secadora y fregadero de concreto a medida en el baño de la planta baja. Arriba, hay 3 dormitorios 3 colchones tempurpedicos 1 king, 2 reinas, y otro dormitorio completo en el piso principal con un colchón tempurpedico queen. Un baño completo se encuentra arriba. Esta casa es espaciosa, cómoda, relajante y rodeada de la belleza de Vermont. Se acaba de agregar una nueva chimenea de gas y un hogar de concreto en otoño de 2018.

Perfect Ski Retreat

This was the perfect place for a group of friends to stay for a long ski weekend! The house was gorgeous, check in was easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub (which was very clean and stayed hot well). Even though it was snowing for most of our stay, the plow was very prompt and thorough doing the driveway. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed on VRBO, and the host left a book with a ton of great recommendations for the area. Would stay again!

We had a great time. The house was filled with wonderful toys that my grandchildren enjoyed The kitchen had everything we needed plus more !I would have liked nicer pillows and sheets but it still was a great place to stay. We would come again

Great stay near Jay Peak Resort

We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.

Amazing Family Ski House in Jay,VT

The layout of this house was perfect for a large group of people to enjoy one another's company. The property was well-cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen and adjoining sun room (with hot tub) and living room were all open, centralized areas to relax together. The house was well decorated and cozy and has a well-stocked kitchen and nice cooking station. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of privacy for the 7 of us. Asia, the owner, was really friendly and responded immediately to questions and offered great options for dining, snow shoeing, etc. She even left us discount passes for the skiing and the water park which we greatly appreciated! We definitely want to come back next year!

Cosy ski chalet comfortably sleeps ten plus two dogs

This was our second visit to this lovely cosy chalet. It’s large enough to comfortably house ten people, four couples had their own room and an adult child slept on the pull out couch in the common area upstairs. Perfect location to ski at Jay Peak. The large property is beautiful and perfect for well trained dogs to roam. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace and hot tub were appreciated after a day on the slopes. Plenty of parking space. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Perfect for a group of ten

We are a group of ten from Quebec. The house was perfect for us. It cozy and well equiped. It’s near Jay peak, grocery stores and all we needed. We’ll recommand it to our friends and if we’ll return one day we’ll make an another reservation with this owner without hesitation. The only thing was that we can not had the discount for Jay peak Like we thought. Good think to know, Jay peak accept CAD to pay for lift tickets at the same price as USD.

Very pleased with our stay near Jay

We spent 5 nights at the property with my wife and 3 kids (11,9, and 2) and my friend, his wife, and his two kids (5 and 3). We all were very pleased. Hard to critique anything - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was pretty well equipped, the bathrooms were nice, comfortable spaces. It is not a huge house - the bedrooms are mostly pocket doors and this makes for a little difficulty with noise with 5 young kids roaming around. But we managed it just fine. The two main social areas - an upstairs sitting room with tv and a downstairs living room - are all in spaces where the bedrooms are nearby, so we were consistently careful to be quiet when the little ones were sleeping. The heat was a bit difficult to control and understand but were were comfortable. The one bathtub had a minor plumbing issue - drawing a bath took a while. These are all very minor issues. The house in general was very nice, comfortable, and hit the spot for this fun adventure. Would gladly go back.

Best Family Getaway

Asia made us feel so welcome from the beginning. Even when our plans had to change twice, she was flexible and understanding. Not a single detail was forgotten to make us feel at home while we were there which is so hard to find with a newborn, toddler, and two pups. We explored Jay Peak’s restaurants, water park and even went on a tram ride to hiking spots. We can’t thank Asia enough for opening her beautiful, comfy home to us and pointing us in the right direction for things to do. We really enjoyed our first family summer/fall vacation and certainly will return in the future!

Excellent place close to Jay Peak!

My group of friends stayed at this property, and it was even better than we thought! Very close to Jay Peak, kitchen was great for making breakfast, place was comfortable, and indoor hot tub was a dream after a full day on the slopes! It snowed several times during the stay but the roads and driveway to house were well plowed. Had a fantastic time here; thank you!

BEAUTIFUL house, the hottub indoors is a game changer. Perfect size house for 10 or 11 people. Only a 10 minute drive to Jay Peak. Loved it, and might rent again next year!

Cosy yet roomy relaxing chalet nestled in the pines

Two couples, three adult children and a large dog enjoyed a great week at this chalet in late January. After a long drive we pulled into the ploughed driveway of the beautiful treed property and saw the chalet and trees lit up with lights and decorations. It was a welcoming sight. It has everything you need. Large entranceway for boots and ski jackets and helmets to be hung, bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated, kitchen is well stocked, dining table easily seats 8, many windows let the light in and allow you to admire the property. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are all tastefully designed. Lots of towels provided for the indoor hot tub which we enjoyed after skiing. The property is not fully fenced but there is a fence between the chalet and the busier road. The chalet is well set back in the trees from a quiet road so we could walk the dog on the property and along the quieter road. Asia the owner was great and quick to respond to our few questions. We would definitely return!

Where's the snow?

We really enjoyed this place. Very comfortable and spacious. We were planning on a number of snow related activities but due to the absence of snow we just hung out in the house. The Jay Country Store just 2 miles away is well worth a visit.

The house was beautifully kept. Inside and out it is a very peaceful place to stay. We had such a relaxing time in the Jacuzzi, next to the fireplace and relaxing outside with the beautiful surroundings. On top of this, the hosts were quick to get back to us when we had questions.

Picturesque mountain retreat

We stayed at Rockers Retreat for spring break and loved every minute. Asia responded promptly to any questions we had regarding our stay. Home was exceptionally clean and cozy. We throughly enjoyed the beautiful decor, custom finishes and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The indoor hot tub was perfect after a day skiing or boarding on the mountain which is only a few minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax inside and out. Town of Jay right down the road had dining options, souvenirs and a market for groceries. Hiking the Long Trail brought us up to the border and the views were breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Excellent vacation home

We were three couples and had plenty of room with the open concept. Loved all the windows made it bright and airy. Awesome updated bathrooms, hot tub, fireplace and well stocked kitchen made the stay spectacular. Close to Jay Peak for skiing. Asia was great with getting back to us with information. The place was exceptionally clean. I would absolutely rent this place again and recommend it to anyone.

Justin is a contractor , an expert backcountry snowboarder , musician, and concrete artisan. His wife Asia Magriby - Palmieri was a world ranked professional extreme skier, now a designer and marketing consultant. Asia is also a local adventure guide, and a coach for private ski clinics or tours on mountain.
We love that our home is only 5 miles from one of the best ski resorts & 4 season resorts in the East!
We are designers, builders and contractors, you can see our love for what we do everywhere in our home.
Our 4 children - (Joey starts Next season) all ski, snowboard, mountain bike, fish, hike & love the outdoors -
Chase is 16, Logan 13, Luna 6 & Joey 19 months.

Justin bought this home over seventeen years ago because he wanted to live in a winter wonderland far away from the hustle and bustle of the Long Island city life where he was born and raised. A mountain where he could snowboard deep powder (Jay Peak is re-known for this), and not miss any storm.
Yet the rockers retreat is special because its located 5 miles away from the resort life and is nestled in the valley on a country road where the sun shines longer, the views are beautiful, and large pine trees surround you. The river flows across the street with incredible rocks and quiet wading pools, famous local waterfall spots are located 1/2 mile away, and we are located less than a mile from Jay Country Store & Boutins Market that has great food and beer!
A few miles from our front door you can Mountain bike on the Jay Recreation trails, hike on the Long Trail, sled the Vast Snowmobile trails, and fish for trout at rivers across the street...

We have customized our home to feel warm and inviting and to reflect our talents for design. Our home is perfect for large groups, families and couples looking to get an authentic experience away from the hustle and bustle of it all.
We have three custom built bathrooms, one of a kind cement countertops, fireplaces, bathroom sinks, barn wood moldings, indoor hot tub, cozy gas fireplace downstairs and pellet stove upstairs. The house is large and flows easily with living rooms on two floors.
The best though is the indoor hot tub, now that is worth its weight in gold- you'll see.
Thank you again every rental makes a positive and incredible difference in our lives.
