Extraordinaria Colorado Mountain Home

Ofrecemos muchos extras que hacen que las vacaciones sean relajantes. . Hemos hecho de nuestra casa con la parte superior de la línea de camas, sábanas y toallas. Para comodidad de nuestros visitantes, ofrecemos albornoces, zapatillas, 4 secadores de pelo, y hay un rizador y una plancha en el baño principal de arriba. Proporcionamos champú, gel de baño, jabón, limpiador facial, loción, jabón de lavar, jabón para lavar platos, jabón lavavajillas, toallas de papel, pañuelos de papel, buen papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, condimentos y especias básicas. También hay una plancha y tabla de planchar que evitar el uso de vacaciones. La bañera de hidromasaje y el urinario son siempre las características favoritas. Hay 3 chimeneas de gas, TV y salas de estar se encuentran en todas las habitaciones, también encontrará vendimia DVD, libros y juegos de mesa. El sótano está preparado para desbordarse con 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama. No hay baño en el sótano. También en el sótano; futbolín, pong de cerveza, una rueda grande para niños y un tablero de dardos electrónico (debe traer sus propios dardos con punta de plástico) También hay un colchón inflable disponible para su uso. Mi marido viajes anfitriones del individuo y tipos NO compartir camas (?) De ahí todos los lugares adicionales para dormir.
Nuestra casa es amplio y abierto con 4000 + pies cuadrados acabados de superficie habitable. Estamos ubicados a 15 minutos de la estación de esquí y a solo 100 yardas de millas de senderos silvestres. Los restaurantes locales son super y el supermercado está cerca. La cocina está totalmente equipada y la parrilla de gas está siempre listo para usar. Para su información, hornear a 9000 pies de altitud es un desafío, así que compre pasteles y artículos similares en la tienda de comestibles.

Amazing house, one of the nicest and well kept we have ever stayed at. Rooms were very spacious, game area/floor was epic, and views were priceless. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were with our extended family for New Years and wound up staying in every night as the house was massive, with tons of games and stuff so do onsite, so no one wanted to leave (other than skiing, of course). Wonderful property, highly recommend. Close to Winter Park Mountain, restaurants, grocery store, etc

Holidays in Winter Park

We spent 4 nights in this fabulous house. We are an extended family of 13 and absolutely loved everything about this house. There is plenty of space for each family unit to have their own area. The views are spectacular and everything you could possibly need and then some are here! I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation!

Even more beautiful than the photos. Our family of 12 booked this house and we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The house was stocked appropriately with extra towels, pillows and spices that are greatly appreciated for large groups. Close to the resort and grocery store too. Highly recommend!

The house was over the top! Great location, immaculate and very comfortable. Lots of room for any and all activities. Loaded pantry was a bonus. Owner reached out to ensure our stay was comfortable. Only negative is three kings and two queens. Not as advertised.

Great Family Memories!

Our family of 14 ranging from 62 to 1 year old spent 5 nights in this amazing home. The living room was large enough for all to sit and enjoy the amazing view. The six bedrooms with en suite baths made sure everyone had their privacy. The kithcen was well equipped with the essentials. The basement game room was a hit with the kids. Siblings & Spouses Reunion

This is a gorgeous property. From the views of the mountains to the details of each room and bathroom, the house was perfect for us. We were 11 adults (all over 60). Each had our own beautiful bed/bathroom. The sheets, towels, and toiletries were very nice quality. The kitchen is well appointed and the grill worked great. We hiked and played games and totally enjoyed ourselves! Ed was great about communicating and we felt taken care of! Would love to go back again!

Absolutely perfect

This place has everything! And it so beautiful and there are so many personal touches that make you feel like home! We loved there was lotion for our dry hands in every single room!!! Little water bottles and chocolates be each bed! Robes! Towels! Cleaning supplies! Everything you need! The house is beautiful with great attention to detail! Absolutely will be back! Thank you!

Excellent property!

Everything about this property was perfect! It is a beautiful home with amazing views! Plenty of sleeping places throughout the home with comfortable beds and bedding. The homeowner was very prompt with any questions or concerns I had prior, during and after our stay. We had a ton of snow during our Christmas stay, the snow removal service always had everything cleared. The kids had a ball sledding on the hill by the house! The kitchen was well stocked. The grocery store is nice and close. The Winer Park ski resort is an easy commute. The property description is exactly accurate. We had a great trip!

Amazing Trip

Great trip with our 5 children ages 21 - 11 and a boyfriend. The view were amazing. The owner was awesome and easy to get in touch with. The best part was that we didn’t have to buy toilet paper, soap, shampoo or paper towels. Always a nuisance when traveling and having to go get all those things when u get there. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Easy drive to winter park where we skied for 3 days.

Summer Vacation

This property is exactly what we were looking for. The home had everything we needed with great attention to the details especially when it came to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The hot tub was a great bonus for enjoying the Mountain View. Close proximity to winter park and many activities. We were sad to see the hiking trail down the street from the home was closed so we were not able to hike directly from the house. I’m assuming this was a new thing and will just need updated in the home visitor book. The only cons were there is construction right behind this house of new homes being built and they started working on them in the morning while we were trying to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the deck. Not the homeowners fault however I did not see this disclosed in the listing. The other thing is the basement is unfinished with 2 additional twin beds down there. We didn’t realize this and had planned on 2 young kids staying there. Unfortunately they did not like that and we had to shuffle bed arrangement around. Plenty of space upstairs though with pullout couches. We just were not expecting this. Overall an amazing home with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again!

It has now been confirmed that the Red Gate Trail Head access point will be closed until further notice. We have noted that change. I will add wording to basement bed description to make that space reflect that it is best used as adult overflow beds. (My husbands buddies prefer the company beds to the pullout sofas). Maybe that makes more sense… Thank you for your patience with the construction. I need to find a place to mention that in the description area. I am glad their noise should be under roof by Winter 2021. Things are ever changing. Again thank you for enjoying our WInter Park home.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful home. We found it very nice to have some many amenities and simple things that are overlook at so many other properties. Spices, honey, coffee, soft toilet paper! lol. .

Family of 15 Spring Break in Fraser

First the owners are very responsive to any question you may have. They have a beautiful home. It is on a large lot which was important to to us. We wanted space for the family to be outside as well as inside. We did sledding on the hill of the house everyday. Second the location is convenient to grocery store as well as many activities I.e. skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, etc. The town of Fraser is small. This is a place for dropping out and taking in true beauty of nature. While there are many large condos nearby, they do not compare to what you find with this home. We are a family of 7 adults and 8 kids. There is plenty of space to spread out when you want alone time and large areas for gathering together. Price point was important to us but the extra we spent for this home was well worth it. If we take another trip, then we would stay here again. A winter storm hit during our stay. Each day the drive way and balcony were cleared for us. The hot tub is on the balcony which allowed for star gazing at night. Many homes we looked had one but they were underneath. This was another feature why we chose this home. It’s the small details that are often missed when choosing a property. We even found the fire pit during our stay that was covered with snow and were able to use. The home is filled with many games for adults and the kids. Last and in closing, we highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint. There are too many amenities to mention. The owners have built and created a home away from home. It even has an office space if you need to do remote work. A big thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us!

Our family loves the mountains with all of the beauty and sports they have to offer year round. Our children started skiing when they were 5 and now as young adults they ski like their daredevil father. The variety of activities with summer golf, boating on Grand Lake, white water rafting, hot sulfur springs, hiking, biking fishing, just scratches the surface of summer then on to winter where limitations are self imposed. We have found the mountains a perfect place to un-wind our whirl wind schedules and spend quality time with family and friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As kids we came out to Colorado and fell in love with the lifestyle and beauty. The summers here are gorgeous and not to be missed. They are filled with biking, horseback riding, golf, rafting and hiking. In the winters we are here the most. My husband is an avid skier and has tackled the toughest terrain in the USA. We chose Winter Park as our skiing home base for the consistent quality of their ski conditions, the variety of trails, the excellent ski school for family and friends. We also take advantage of snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, sledding and there is even dog sledding. What is really nice is the close proximity to the Denver airport. It is less than a 2 hour drive from terminal to our front door. Winter Park is the closest major ski area to Denver.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is spacious yet warm. Thirty foot great room ceiling with extensive beam and timber framework opens the great room to the dining area and gourmet kitchen. The space provides a premier entertainment environment. Through the southern facing wall of glass is a million dollar view of Winter Park Ski area and surrounding mountain range. Our home has ten foot ceilings on first floor and are vaulted even higher on the second floor, every room even has interesting ceilings detail. Outside is a oversize deck providing front row access to endless vistas. Watching the sun come over the mountains in morning with coffee or watching moon rise and the stars in the hot tub, all good! We have outdoor table, chairs, and loungers for the summer months. This home was designed on a grand scale and thoughtfully appointed to feel like your favorite mountain happy place.
