A 820 square foot fully remodeled home with comfortable farmhouse decor in the woods offering serenity and privacy. A private bedroom with a queen size bed, comfortable living area, separate dining area, roomy kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and enjoying a meal on the outdoor patio, a bright and spacious bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV.

Looking for an outing, Sunset Hill is about 5 minutes from Wimberley’s Square, Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Cypress Falls. The Square offers great little shops, chef styled cuisine and incredible swimming holes!

Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon on the water. Check out the music calendar at Whitewater Amphitheater and rock out at a concert! Explore New Braunfels and Gruene and enjoy fabulous restaurants and live music. A day of tubing, kayaking, and rafting on the Guadalupe River is always fun. Families and children will especially love Schlitterbahn Water Park and Landa Park. Visit the over 240 shops at the San Marcos Outlet for an endless day of shopping.

Blanco has several popular attractions for outdoorsmen, historians, and foodies. Blanco State Park offers fishing, swimming, and hiking. For those interested in the historical Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale Brewing Company offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience.

Further down the road, spend the day exploring Fredericksburg. Travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries, all within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.
