Casa Blue is a luxurious villa perfectly located just a short walk from the renowned Minitas Beach. Very private with an expansive garden pool terrace and palapa, this elegant retreat combines modern design with Caribbean charm, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Accommodating up to eight guests in four exquisite bedrooms, it’s ideal for families seeking a resort-like experience in a private paradise.



The villa’s interiors exude sophistication, with immaculate white walls, rich wood ceilings, marble floors, and striking chandeliers that frame the dining area for 14 guests. The polished stone terrace surrounds a stunning swimming pool and jacuzzi, seamlessly blending with the lush greenery and open sky. Spend serene days lounging poolside, cooling off in the pool, or relaxing in the hot tub. The palapa offers a shaded retreat for sipping drinks, enjoying al fresco meals, or unwinding under the moonlit sky.



Casa Blue features one king bedroom with a bathroom showcasing dual rain showers and a walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms, each with two full-size beds, feature private bathrooms, TVs, and ceiling fans. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, while one is on the ground floor, ensuring flexibility and comfort for guests.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
