Overlooking the ocean, Dusk is designed for you to relax, unwind and soak in the stunning scenery of Coffin Bay. The beach house has been meticulously updated with the perfect blend of old and new to provide a touch of luxury, without losing its authentic warmth and charm. Originally handcrafted from recycled hardwoods, the property has been thoughtfully styled with a blend of vintage furniture, contemporary appliances, and eclectic artworks.

From the expansive deck you can enjoy unrivalled views of the bay. Each morning the sun rises over the distant Marble Ranges, sparkling in the mottled blue waters as the day progresses. During the golden hour, at dusk, the sun sets with the white sand dunes of Seven Mile Beach ablaze in the distance. Surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, dolphins and seals are often visible from the deck and its common for emus and kangaroos to be meandering past.

The outdoor deck area is setup for effortless entertaining with a covered dining area and Weber BBQ. Alternatively, seductively comfortable papasan chairs are ideal to curl up with a glass of wine and a good read in the sunshine.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, induction stovetop, large fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find some pantry essentials. While you will want to slow down and switch off from busy lives, you can still enjoy complimentary WIFI, a Smart TV in the family room and an Apple HomePod speaker upstairs for the soundtrack to your stay.

From the queen master bedroom upstairs you can watch the oyster boats head out in the morning while enjoying a coffee in bed. There is also direct access to the outdoor deck and ensuite. The queen bedroom downstairs also has views of the water. The family room is made up of two sets of king single bunk beds to provide enough comfort for adult guests with the additional benefit of two trundle beds for any extra children (sleeping 4-6). You can also keep your packing light as bed linen and towels are provided, along with a collection of games and books for pared back entertainment.

Dusk has complimentary WIFI, a Smart TV in the downstairs family room and an Apple HomePod speaker upstairs for the soundtrack to your stay. There is a collection of games and books for old school entertainment.

There is parking onsite for cars and boat, and guests have exclusive access to the entire house and gardens.
Dusk is perfectly positioned on the Esplanade, with ease of access to Coffin Bay National Park, oyster farm tours and local restaurants. You will be surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, with dolphins and seals visible from the deck or emus and kangaroos meandering past. The perfect property for your Coffin Bay escape.

The Coffin Bay National Park is within easy walking distance as are the local restaurants, oyster farm tours and yacht club. There is parking onsite for two cars and you will have exclusive access to the entire house and gardens.

As the property has stairs, it may not be suitable for your toddlers. There are no security gates on the stairs.
