Waterfront beach shack at peaceful Dutton Bay. Spacious shack sleeps 7 comfortably - 3 bedrooms all with split-system air conditioners. Two queen beds and the kids room has 3 single beds. Brand new bathroom, 2 televisions, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sunroom is beautiful for relaxing and reading no matter the weather. The front deck is lovely for relaxing in the hammock, a morning coffee and watching the dolphins (or kids) frolic out front.
The back lawn is a great space for kids to play and there is an undercover verandah and fish cleaning facilities. The shack is full rainwater and has a huge BBQ for entertaining. There's plenty of off-road parking for cars and your boat. Phone signal is good and cellular internet is no problem. One outdoor dog is permitted (no fee), backyard is enclosed and fenced, and dogs are welcome in the Dutton Bay community. Two adult and two kids kayaks are supplied, along with loads of board games, DVD's and an old-school Nintendo.
Dutton Bay West is a peaceful location surrounded by nature. You will see loads of kangaroos, emus, birds and sea life. Great for walking, relaxing in the hammock or having an evening bonfire on the beach (some wood supplied). The bay is perfect for stand-up paddling and kayaking. The shack is just a 5-minute drive from stunning Farm Beach - the best for fishing and swimming. Dutton Bay is just a 20-minute drive from beautiful Coffin Bay where you can sample its world-famous oysters or take a drive into the Coffin Bay National Park. There are plenty of other beaches, drives and rugged coastline to explore too.
This is the perfect shack for making family memories or just a really peaceful location if you'd like to escape for a few days or if you are a keen fisherman.
You will need to BYO linen, bath towels and beach towels. (Linen and bath towels can be arranged for extra $100 - please enquire). Basics provided include 4x rolls toilet paper, some washing powder, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing tablets, glad wraps, tea, coffee and sugar. 7 persons maximum. Strictly no caravans and no parties. No cleaning fee.

We are farmers on Lower Eyre Peninsula with 4 young children who love sport, the beach and spending time together. We hope you will enjoy our shack - go fishing, swimming, kayaking or read, relax and have a bonfire on the beach, it's a great place to escape and take it easy.

It's peaceful, friendly and surrounded by nature. Go to sleep listening to the water and wake up to birds, dolphins and kangaroos. Witness some stunning sunrises and sunsets.

The shack is spacious, there are lots of areas to put your feet up and escape. The kids room is huge and if they are not outside, they will love it in there!
