As a second-floor Parkside villa, this vacation rental property enjoys soaring ceilings and plenty of windows. The villa’s main living area welcomes you with views of the lagoon and abundant natural light. Gather around the TV for movie night, relax on the sofa after a day at the beach, or simply enjoy watching Kiawah Island’s diverse wildlife through the large windows and sliding glass doors. Guests will enjoy the fun pops of color, like the wallpapered entry way, and stylish décor.

The living area opens to the dining area and kitchen, allowing for easy conversation flow. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinets, and everything necessary to prepare your vacation meals. Please note, there is no integrated ice maker in the refrigerator. The villa offers a counter top ice machine as well as a Brita water filtration pitcher

Sleep in style in one of the villa’s two professionally decorated bedrooms! Showcasing stunning lagoon views, the primary bedroom is the perfect peaceful retreat and offers a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

From the living area, step outside to the balcony or proceed to the screened porch. Relax and take in views of the lagoon from either of these wonderful outdoor areas.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
