The home offers you access to the river, your own fire pit and lawn area, a peaceful space to relax and unwind and is also located just a stone’s throw away from the South Coast’s well-known attractions.

The Space:

Picture yourself with a drink in hand, watching the river as the sunset reflects off the water,

the perfect setting to end your day. Whether you chose to unwind and take the day slow,

explore the river and surrounds or spent the day visiting some of the local attractions,

wineries and eateries this beautiful accommodation will bring the perfect end to your day.

The Timber barn offers you access the to the property’s private jetty onto the Shoalhaven

River, your own fire pit and lawn area and a secluded peaceful home to relax and unwind.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, high quality finishes and linen, tasteful styling, access to

internet and media.



The Neighborhood:

The Shoalhaven River is one of Shoalhaven’s most famous natural assets, right up there with

Pigeon House Mountain and Jervis Bay. Stretching over 300 kilometres, it runs from Middle

Mountain, near Moruya, all the way to Shoalhaven Heads. As it twists and turns through the

landscape it offers picturesque scenery along its banks, also activities like; kayaking, walking,

rock climbing and boating adventures. This home is nestled right alongside the banks of the river

and boast some of this beautiful scenery. Timber Barn is a private residence on a large property,

the perfect location for a quiet couple’s retreat. Please be mindful that you are sharing the

property with a permanent residence, so some areas are shared areas such as the driveway and

access to the river. There are also some animals in residence so if you’re after a farm stay in a

stylish private barn to unplug, unwind or explore the South Coast this is the perfect

accommodation for you.



Getting Around:

There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the

many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is

recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven including to

access the property and accommodation. There is limited access to public transport

in the area and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some other options to get

around may include, Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire.
