Great Family Home

We had a great stay while cheering our granddaughter on for her first volleyball tournament in Myrtle Beach! The condo was very close to the activity and very comfortable!

Great stay

We loved the open area in the home for the kids. Pet friendly is a plus. Communication with the owner was great! We definitely give this the best rating.

Nice stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. We liked having the extra room while visiting family in the area. Not sure the 2nd bedroom is a queen bed though, looks like a full. Couch and love seat were ok but looking aged. Overall a very good stay for our trip.

Relaxing Family Get Away

This property was located in a great area. The condo was pristine and had all the amenities you would expect from a vacation home. It was nice and quiet. The neighbors were friendly. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit while at the beach. Will definitely book again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space was bigger than we needed but was very neat and clean in each room. The only negative for us was the water was not hot enough for showers!! We would definitely stay again!!

Christmas season get away

We had a great weekend! This was a great place and was in a great central location with everything we needed close by. Could have used a couple of extra sets of towels and washcloths. Other than this, great place to stay.

Great place, however definitely plan on taking extra towels/washcloths. Very limited amount and low quality. We had to purchase some as well as additional toilet paper. Otherwise nice place for the price.

Great location - needs maintenance

Fabulous location. Very safe neighborhood- nice neighbors and friendly, visible security guards. Nice decor - very clean, especially for dog-friendly property. Well-stocked kitchen. Only issue, dirty towels found in drawers and on door hangers. Had to hunt around for clean towels. Lots of minor maintenance issues - storm door broken, closet door off, no blinds in master bedroom, master toilet leaking. Notified management when we left and got a quick response that it would be addressed. Overall, a good property. A few mtc fixes and it would be an excellent property.

Wonderful

This was a long awaited and much needed vacation! We were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament with the whole family. This location was perfect and our longest drive was to Sam’s Club which was only about 10 minutes away!! The layout in this place was so roomy and the decor was beach themed and comforting. The location was away from the major traffic and a 5 minute ride to Broadway. Our host sent a text with details of how to unlock the door and other necessary information and responded quickly to our text messages. Pool was nice and clean and during our time there was not crowded at all. The grounds are kept immaculately clean and there was a beautiful pond with with wildlife for our viewing pleasure during breakfast on the outside patio!! Well done!! We’ll see you next year same time!! Thanks 😊

Locked thermostat and broken doors/towel rack

Towel rack and 3 closet doors were off the track due to previous tenant but were not fixed prior to us checking in. I fixed one of the doors myself while I was there. It was chilly one night so we raised the temp on the thermostat to 75. The next day the owner set to his desired temp and locked it so we could not change it. The whole family was freezing cold and needed to use blankets and sweaters to warm up. The thermostat then required a passcode in order to be adjusted. The area was beautiful but I would not rent a unit from this owner in the future.

It could have been good but all the small things made a negative impact.

Started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at check in time andit wasn't ready for us. The cleaners did a very poor job cleaning, the floors looked like they have been mopped ij months. we had to re clean to feel somewhat sanitary. 2 closet doors where off the hinges. Dirty and greasy pots and other kitchen utensils. The ironing board was missing a leg. Keyless entry didn't work. Wifi information was incorrect. The patio table was "fixed" with duct tape and felt too unstable and unsafe to put a cup of coffee on it. The outside fan didn't work. THE COUCHES WERE DISGUSTING., not just outdated.

Lovely Condo Retreat

If you are looking for a clean, roomy, well put together place to stay then book your reservation now. What a beautiful spacious condo at a lovely location. The owners have thought of everything. From a plentiful supply of coffee pods (much appreciated as all 4 of us are big coffee drinkers) to beautiful furnishings, you will not be disappointed. The master is spacious with a beautiful bathroom and large, relaxing tub. There is a second bedroom with a full attached bath. The third bedroom is large and comfortable just off the kitchen. Everything in the unit was as described in the post. We only had one small issue trying to get in. We used the wrong keypad. I contacted the owner and he responded immediately and solved the problem. The correct keypad was the one by the doorknob. I had full confidence in the owner that if other issues were to arrive (which they did not), they would be taken care of. There was also a washer/dryer available. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this place!

Very disappointed with condo. Had to call to have cold air return cover cleaned bc it was covered in dust. Master bathroom closet doors broke and laying in closet. Even asked owner and he knew about it. Living room fan when used was very wobbly and was going to break at any moment. Porch looks nothing like the picture. Has a broken table leg and wobbles. Some dishes were dirty. Master bedroom roku tv is awful w connection. Can barely watch anything on roku bc of the connection. Didnt realize we would have to supply trashbags for all trashcans once we used the first one. Only 3 pool passes in kitchen so had to call owner for another bc we had 4 people. Location of taking trash out is a hike! One day walked to nearest pool which is all the way around a pond and it was closed. Just very disappointed with this condo in the price we paid. Plus, pictures on listing is not what you get.

Not the Best Unit

The unit was not clean. Master Bath shower curtain had mold. Furniture was covered in dog/cat hair. The first thing we did (after sitting on the couch and seeing there was white hair on all of our clothes) was to vacuum the couch, loveseat and dining room chairs and floors. Needed additional seating in living area. Pots had to be cleaned before use. If I have to pay a cleaning fee after I leave, I fully expect that the person prior did too and unit should have been cleaned thoroughly. The second bedroom listed as queen, was full. Master bedroom closet door off the hinges and I was advised by contact person. The shade in the dining area was broken. We arrived on Saturday and Sunday I advised the contact, in writing, that the toilet leaked and that we put towels around it. On Tuesday we came home at 9 pm from 10 in the am to security telling us that the ceiling below us was flooded. This caused undue stress on us because we had to drain the toilet tank and turn off the toilet. We didn't use the toilet all week because of the leak. Then we ended up having visits that night from downstairs owner, 2 times and three times next day starting at 8 am. We also had visits from plumber and contact. Very inconvenient and not worth the aggravation. I was going to stay and went to a hotel instead.

Great home away from home!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo as we supported our granddaughter on her first volleyball tournament in Myrtle Beach! It was very close to the Convention Center and was very comfortable for all 7 of us and our 2 family dogs! The communication was excellent from the first contact and through our stay and we always had a contact to help with any questions! It was a great experience! We would return in a heartbeat!!

Great Area. The Condo needs some updating. We had to purchase some utensils no can opener and other necessities. Carpets were stained in two bedrooms.

Unforgettable stay!!!!!

This was my first time renting an apt before. I normally stay at hotels. This place was wonderful. There are several focus points to this property. 1. Location- It is located in an coop community right off a major highway so everything from food to entertainment was within a 20 minute drive. The airport wasn't too far either. 2. Check in- Process was very easy being that the instructions given was very accurate and parking was excellent if you have a car. There was always spots available right in front of the building. 3. Apt- Love the layout. The location of the apt is a plus too being that its tucked away from the other apts on the floor. The décor is very calm and relaxing like staying at a beach house. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have their own tv(great for kids) and queen size beds and the master bath has a his n her sink and lots of storage(great for us ladies). The shower was very good also. The place is very spacious so everyone can enjoy their own space in the common areas. I love the fact that the bedrooms are spaced apart from each other to maintain privacy(perfect for couples or families with kids, lol). The balcony is also very nice to relax and unwind after a fun day or to have dinner outside overlooking the lake. The kitchen is very modern with lots of space and storage. Whether you like to cook or enjoy eating out there is cookware, dishware, and other kitchen utensils for you to enjoy your meals. (Hey ladies, there's a dishwasher and washer/dryer too). You also have access to the pool and the grill(for you bbq fellas). The building itself is very quiet, clean, and organized. The elevator is a plus if your traveling with people with mobility conditions or young children. Last but not least, 4. The Host- Mr. Shawn was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Any questions or concerns that I had he responded immediately. I also like the fact that he supplied a lot of extra amenities for the apt like toiletries for the bathrooms, cooking supplies for the kitchen, cleaning/ laundry supplies, as well as entertainment games to enjoy. I normally have to bring these things when I travel so it was nice to stay at a place that had these things available. You can tell that he takes his guests comfort and satisfaction into consideration when you stay at this apt. It doesn't feel like a rental but like a second home. I look forward to many more stays at this property when I visit myrtle beach.

Great place, close to everything

We had an awesome time staying here. This place is close to shopping, food, beach and entertainment. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach if you have questions. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Condo on the lake

Very nicely appointed spacious condo overlooking a lake with fountain. Elevator to the third floor was great for my dog who doesn’t do stairs!
