An abundance of picture windows and glass doors fill the entire home with natural light.

Spend your time relaxing in the lodge-style living room, the heat pump keeping you at the perfect temperature while you get cosy on the leather couches to watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Fancy something a little different? Head into the second bedroom for a game of pool or two!

Open the bifold doors out onto the deck where relaxation is the order of the day. Treat yourself to a glass of wine and a cheeseboard prepared in the kitchenette, before firing up the BBQ for dinner and an evening around the fire pit under a starry sky.

Two spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to five guests here at Westhay Stables. A generous bathroom with a large double shower and double vanity completes the set up for your stay.

Get out and explore the beautiful scenery here at Westhay Stables. There are picturesque waterfalls and walking tracks to be discovered, and you can even bring the dog along for the adventure too. Westhay Stables offers kennels for your furry family member to spend the night.

There's plenty of boat parking at the accommodation, and when you want to launch for a day of fishing on the water, the area's only all-weather and tide boat ramp is just a short drive away at Pahi on the Kaipara Harbour.

The small village of Paparoa is just a three minute drive from Westhay Stables where you can top up on supplies at the dairy, fill up the tank at the gas station, use the laundromat, or grab some delicious fish'n'chips at the local takeaways. There are also plenty of cafes for your morning coffee and the local pub is the perfect spot for a delicious evening meal.

To access bedroom 2 from the living room and deck at this property you must either go through bedroom 1, or around the outside of the house. The bathroom at this property can only be accessed via bedroom 1, and the kitchenette is also in bedroom 1. The pool table is in bedroom 2.If you would like to use the stable facilities at this property, please enquire directly with us for more information. There are seven stable stalls available, paddocking, a wash down area and space to park horse trailers. There is another dwelling attached to this property that will be occupied during your stay.Please note that property has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and electric frypan is available for use during your stay, as is a BBQ.As this property is on a working farm, it’s important that guests do not wander into areas where animals are grazing or farm activities are taking place. There are also unfenced fresh water streams and a river on the section, however these are some distance from the house.Please note that pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
