Espectacular casa de campo junto al mar en Waipu Cove

Esta hermosa cabaña de estudio FRENTE AL AGUA se encuentra en la ribera del estuario en la histórica ensenada de Waipu, en un santuario privado de 1. 5 acres frente al mar. El océano Pacífico y las playas de surf de Bream Bay, Waipu Cove están a su alcance. Está a solo dos minutos en coche de las tiendas, cafés y restaurantes de Waipu Cove y Waipu Village. Natación segura y kayak en el fondo del jardín.

Las magníficas playas de surf de Bream Bay, Waipu Cove y Langs Beach están a pocos minutos y el Studio Cottage también está cerca de las playas de Uretiti, Langs Cove y Mangawhai Heads.

Hay dos excelentes campos de golf en Waipu y Mangawhai a solo una corta distancia en automóvil. Visita a las cuevas de Waipu, monta a caballo, juega al tenis. Ir en kayak, nadar o hacer surf. We enjoyed our stay here but the set up wasn't entirely clear in the advertisement. The studio is lovely and clean and has beautiful views and a big lawn. It is right next to another similar studio. The cooking facilities are minimal. Next door is a large lodge, and the spa pool and cinema are based there, and shared with all other guests. The cinema has to be booked and there are set times for screenings. We were grateful that they did an early screening so our kids could watch a movie early.

Location was okay - fairly close to the beach.

Location was okay - fairly close to the beach. Donkeys were very loud during the night and early morning - bring earplugs. Cottage was tidy and clean, and the outdoor setting is nice, however it is very small and we didn't think it was anywhere near worth the price we paid for it. My partner stayed in one the night before for $120 less, that was much bigger and nicer with amazing views.

This is one of the few cottages on the waterfront at Waipu. It is a lovely Studio Cottage and meant for 2 to 3 people not the up to 20 odd that this guest had coming and going. We provide lots of free extras from kayaks, movie theatre, Hot Springs spa and WiFi. Absolutely value for money. It is true, the cottage was lovely and clean and tidy when the guest arrived but it was left like a tip and took several hours to clean and wash everything on this guest's departure.

Good location, close to beaches.

Good location, close to beaches. The studio is light and airy. It's an ok size for 3 people. Good deck space and grass area. Plenty of farm animals around for kids. Good access to beach via the estuary on a boat. Access to the main beach/village is via car, or you can walk on the road (100km, no footpath). The view of the beach from the studio is blocked by trees.

The cottage was gorgeous, clean, and well equipped.

The cottage was gorgeous, clean, and well equipped. The bonus of the property was the quiet location , tucked amongst pohutukawa trees, beside a river, which although muddy, was a fun canoeing spot (with canoes supplied). In addition , there were donkeys, sheep, and a variety of other animals, which we all enjoyed. A fantastic spot if you have young children as the animals would delight them for hours!

Location great.

Location great. Welcome not so great, straight to eftpos terminal for payment before seeing the property or any information. Owners need to make it explicit that the spa pool is on their property and that you have to walk across the front of their property to go to the spa. The movie theater advertised is also in their property which needs to be made explicit. We believe the advertisement is very misleading. Not clean, dead roaches, bbq plate rust covered that we had to clean before use!

Your input and the great feedback from all our other guests is vitally important to us as we use the proceeds from our holiday lets to fund our rescue animal sanctuary which is located on our 10 acre waterfront property. Our Seaside Studio Cottage is always presented in pristine condition. Unfortunately that was not the way you left it when you departed. The cinema,spa, kayaks and WIFI are a bonus

A lovely bach, very close to the water's edge in a great location. With free use of the sit-on kayaks and the hot-tub spa it was a wonderful relaxing nights stay. It was very clean and warm (on a rare frosty night) and we both slept really well. An excellent place ... many thanks.

We had an amazing time at this hidden paradise in Waipu. We loved the location, the view, jacuzzi, kayaking, BBQ and private cinema. We highly recommend this cottage for perfect weekend getaway. We would definitely visit and stay here again.
