This cottage features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths with plenty of open spaces to gather together. The kitchen allows plenty of space to socialize, cook and enjoy the views of the lake. It even has a double-sided fireplace that warms the living room as well! The living room is designed to accommodate your whole group. The outdoor patio offers 2 grills with plenty of space for dining
Guests are able to enjoy the private walkway down to their own quiet beach. After a long day enjoying the beach, guests can enjoy the outdoor shower, and relax by the fire pit. Plenty of games, a karaoke machine and many more amenities assure you are never out of activities during your stay!

The cottage is just minutes from Holland just south of the home or the popular town of Grand Haven featuring the Coast Guard Festival!

PARKING
Parking is available for 4-6 vehicles in the driveway and garage. Guests are responsible for finding any additional parking needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

"This property is fantastic for large groups! Our family got together to celebrate his 75th birthday. We had ages 2 through 75. No one was on top of each other, and the space was great! Plenty of room to be together or to separate. We brought a volleyball net and set it up on the beach. We had a bonfire and played volleyball every evening. The beach is extremely clean, and the sunsets were amazing! If you have a large group, this is the place for you!"
