The main level of the cottage features a gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, top tier stainless appliances, a butler's pantry with a wine fridge and espresso maker—perfect for crafting morning cappuccinos or evening cocktails. The adjacent dining area is complemented by a stone fireplace and leads to a cozy living area bathed in natural light. Step out to the expansive deck, where you'll find a fire table and an outdoor TV, ideal for entertaining under the stars. A main floor ensuite primary bedroom features a queen bed and beautiful attached bath with tiled walk in shower. An additional half bath and laundry room are located on this floor.

The upper level features three spacious and serene bedrooms providing a restful retreat, each equipped with a queen bed and designer touches at every turn. An additional upper level full bath accommodates these bedrooms.

The lower level is creatively designed to provide a great bunk room with three twin beds and an additional sleep space with a full bed is located right next door. and these rooms share an additional full bath. PARKING
There are two designated parking spaces in the first lot off of Lovers Lane, both marked "Bide A Wee."

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
