Gorgeous getaway. The beach access and views were excellent. The kiddos sure enjoyed the pool and amenities/ dining were close by. One small suggestion…maybe one roll of TP per bathroom for 9 people is not enough. But, all in all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Great Place

The place was very clean and in a great location. There was plenty of space for my family to sleep. It was great to be in close walking distance to the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome location

Location is walking distance to boardwalk and attractions. Amazing views. Comes with private parking. Ovarall, great property.

Wonderful location and comfortable home with many amenities! We really enjoyed our week at Shore to Relax. The views and the pool were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had most items; we cooked plus used the grill. Highly recommend!

The house location was excellent, and has beautiful views of the beach from the balcony and the inside of the house. It was clean when we arrived, and we were able to check in a couple of hours early. Parking is tight if you have multiple cars. There were a few issues inside the house such as no remote control for the TV in one of the bedrooms, and some of the outlets in one of the bedrooms weren't working. The couple in that bedroom didn't inform me of that until almost the end of the week, so we never reported it. If you have small children, bring a gate for the top of the stairs. Also, one 4 year old figured out (before anyone else did) that you can open the gate to the pool and beach access by reaching through the gate and using the handle on the beach side without the code, which isn't the most secure. All in all, we enjoyed our time at this location.

Great beach rental my family loved it.

Oceanfront….YES!!!!!

Easy booking with great communication from the host company. House was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen. You will have a great time here!!

Very good experience, house is very clean. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. Would give it 5 stars if the exterior decks,stairs and beach access were maintained. Wood is in decent shape just nail heads popping up creating trip hazards.

Location

This house is close to the boardwalk at Carolina Beach, easy to walk to, or bike to, which is great during the busy season as parking is at a premium. A 15 minute drive down to the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, a great place to take the kids, just remember that you now need a reservation.

Awesome location. Small rental!

We loved the location. The rental was ok. The second bathroom was smaller than expected. The kitchen was not equipped for big meals. Pans need replaced. Overall it was a great week at Carolina Beach.

Summer vacation

Ocean view was great, climbing the stairs not so much. The weather was decent aside from the rainy days. The couches in the living room area coud use an upgrade just more comfortable to sit on. Other than that is was a great stay

Perfect family accommodations for a medium sized family. My two children and two grandchildren fit perfectly in the 4 bedrooms. TV in all rooms and associated bath rooms. The one thing that might be improved is the size of the second bath room an associated accoutrements. Otherwise, perfect VRBO.

Nice for our group

It was a nice stay, plenty of space for our group of 9 (3 teens and 6 adults) We enjoyed ourselves for the week. Beds were comfortable, more than enough towels and fansThere were a few maintenance things that could be addressed. The stove hood leaks water for some reason, maybe condensation. Popped up nails in the boardwalk to the beach, stairs and porch (hurt when barefoot and typically barefoot going to the pool or beach)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. View is amazing. House is clean (but dated so some stains in baths and fridge). Towels were nice. Love that there’s a pull off shower nozzle. We were split on mattress comfort. 3 of us loved them (soft). 2 didn’t. Kitchen is well stocked but pots/pans need replacing. Direct access to beach and access to pool were awesome. Plenty of seating at dining (12) and counter bar (4). Smoke detector went off at 9pm with dead battery chirps. After hours and manager responded and took care of it quickly. Over all very good rental.

Exactly as listed

This was a great stay with no surprises. Ot was as the listing stated. It is not 5 star but listing doesn't state that... it is lived and loved in. Pro... clean, ready check in, right on beach, nice porch, outdoor shower off worked well, called maintenance for sink and they fixed it quickly. Cons... stains on couch... we just layed down a blanket, fire pit didn't work (but i never called maintenance), outdoor actual showers need attention... we did not use them. Would be nices.... steps up the dune like other homes, take away small rugs in bathroom and provide towels (unless rugs are washed after every stay).
