AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open-concept, first-floor living area offers gorgeous views of the lake from the comfortable family room. A large sectional includes a queen-size, pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress. The oversized chair is also perfect for curling up with a book. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances that include a large, gas stove, microwave drawer and large stainless apron sink. The large island offers seating for four. The coffee table has a pop-up table for additional dining space, or if you just want to enjoy a meal in front of the TV! A laundry area and powder room complete the light and airy first floor.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary room offers a comfy, king-sized bed, tall ceilings and a beautiful view of the lake. With a large double vanity and walk-in shower, the bathroom is generously sized with lots of counter space. The second bedroom offers twin-over-full bunk beds, and an 8-foot, partial wall offers lots of privacy while still allowing you to listen out for little ones. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and has a beautiful view out to the lake.

GREAT FEATURES: Spend time on the wrap-around deck, where a natural gas grill and dining table for four host wonderful outdoor meals Colorful artwork and designer touches elevate the interiors throughout the home. Games and puzzles offer additional entertainment to help you relax after a long day at the beach.
