Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. No detail was overlooked. The little bowl of chocolates that greeted us when we first entered was such a nice touch. The location was perfect and central to everything. The unit included everything we could possibly need, from coffee filters to laundry soap and beach chairs. It was like a home away from home...but far more updated. Loved the travertine tile! We would definitely rent here again.

Five months in Fort Myers

The property was as noted, a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. Nicely decorated, but even with the futon, a bit cramped for visitors. The owner was responsive, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I sold a property in Naples and plan to return there for future rentals…nothing to do with Bella Casa, I simply prefer Naples to Fort Myers.

Enjoyed my stay!

This property is in a great location to all the places to see in Fort Myers/Naples area. It was very clean and the community is well maintained and has a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a gym. It was great for working remotely. Julio was quick to respond to my questions.

Great clean property

This property is in a great central area so that you can get to anywhere you want. Very clean and exactly the way it pictures. The owner is very attentive when you need anything or have questions. I highly recommend this property, Thank you for making this stay a great one Julio.

The property was nice.

Condo was nice and very clean, close to all types of shopping. The pool and workout area are very nice. The bed ( which was low to the ground) was very uncomfortable. The couch was hard to get comfortable on while watching TV.

Condo was clean and location was good for all types of shopping and eating out. Pool area was very nice with good furniture. Good work out room with plenty of machines. Julio was very good to deal with and answered all questions promptly.

Excellent vacations

We liked the property, very neat nicely decorated and convenient location. The problem for us was that it was on the third floor and having problem with my knee it was difficult to go up and down the stairs. In the bathroom I wish there had been a rail as it was quite difficult also to go in and out from the tub. We enjoyed the pool and surroundings.

Very Uncomfortable

Problems we had with the lodging. Sofa in living room very uncomfortable. Bed was about 8 inches off the floor which made it difficult for older people to get in and out. No furniture that was comfortable (very cheep). Cable television would constantly go out and would have to wait from 10 to 20 minutes to get the picture back.

More than what I expected 10/10

my stay was a wonderful and very fantastic , the furnish and kitchen equipment and clean, washing and dry machines all seems new and every thing you need it you can find at this property , it's very clean and quite and near from a lot of place , and the important point it was a safe and secure , the property have a private parking , and I wish to stay again at this place if I lucky to find the reservation . Very Clean and Quiet

Perfect Rental

We had a wonderful stay in Julio’s condo, we spent a week here and it was perfect . We were looking for a condo that was clean, secure, gated and had a pool. This condo answered all our needs and more. We stayed one week and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room, which were all close by. Parking was just a few steps from our door. Julio was a pleasure to deal with and everything was as described on the website. We would definitely stay here again

Bella Casa Stay 2014

This property had everything and more. The location was great. Plenty of places to go within a short distance. The condo was well maintained and very, very clean and organized. It was truly a home away from home. Julio was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with me and I had a lot of questions. He always responded and was always willing to accommodate any requests that I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this location/condo to a friend. There was nothing negative to say about my whole trip except wish I was still there.

Convenient and comfortable

Everything we needed and well kept up. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great--less than 25 minutes drive from everywhere we visited in Fort Myers. In addition, we were 5 minutes or less away from groceries and sundry. I would not hesitate to recommend it. The welcoming bottle of wine was an especially nice touch. A few tiny glitches on arrival were quickly seen to by the owner. One small issue--I found the mattress quite hard--a bit of a problem for my back--but the couch turned out to be perfect (my wife, on the other hand, finds hard mattresses really help her back and appreciated it!)

Perfect!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and LOVED it. The condo is just how it looks in the pictures and was in very good condition/clean when we arrived. It was equipped with everything we needed. Julio is so easy to work with and very understanding. The location couldn't be better as it is close to the airport and in the middle of everything with a supermarket down the road. During our stay we went to the movies, mini-golf, multiple outlets and some inexpensive beautiful nature sites. The beaches are about 20 minutes away and a trolley stop is a little closer where you can park for free & take the beach trolley for 50 cents right to Fort Myers Beach. Overall, it was the perfect size for us and we couldn't have found a better place for our stay.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping centers, museums, and entertainment. Also only drive 20 min and you can visit downtown from one side and to the other side Fort Myer Beach with its gorgeous sunsets. Just add 15 more minutes of driving and you will find my favorite place Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
Security is a must. My property is located in a gated community and it is very quiet to have a very nice sleep after a fun day!
