Situated on Moruya River right in the heart of town. Only 5 minutes from the beach, this gorgeous house has an enclosed yard with a beautiful deck overlooking the river. Step onto the river path and 200 metres away is the main street with cafes and local eateries. Alternatively stay at home and enjoy the beautiful river front with a barbeque on the front deck and watching the sunset.

The air con was perfect for the hot condition. Such a lovely and comfortable house for the whole family. We were all very happy. The best part was the beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning while have our breakfast on the verandah.Thank you

Perfect location, beautiful views!

Wonderful home with everything you need and stunning views of the river. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, shops and the Saturday Moruya markets. We will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Great location and best views !

The house was fantastic , close to everything , awesome deck with BBQ and owner is great ! Plenty of room for us all. We will definitely be back to stay again !!

Nice location and spacious property

Situated on the river it has 180° water views and centrally located. Property spacious inside and out flows well from end from the house to the other. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful location that was still within easy access of town. Plenty of room and lovely to sit & watch river. Great swimming at the quiet beach at Moruya south head. Thanks for having us!

Relaxing by the river

Just what we were looking for. Private and yet in the middle of things. Host was flexible and kind. View, garden, air con in the large living area, outdoor dining on the deck. Brought back memories of childhood family holidays. I took advantage of the short walk to the local swimming pool and came home refreshed. Would happily rebook.

Weekend getaway

A couple of friends and I stayed at this lovely property for the long weekend. The property was neat and clean and the views from the backyard were amazing. Sam was really nice and answered any questions immediately. It was a great weekend getaway! Would recommend 100% to anyone thinking of staying here.

Golf group get away

The little slice of heaven located on the river has lovely views and very easy walk into town. We were are group of 4 ladies playing golf at Moruya which is a great golf course. House was clean and had everything you need.

Hidden gem

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was private & quiet with wonderful view straight into the river. The back yard was huge with plenty of room for the kids to play. A short walk into the town centre & quick drive to the beach. Sam was excellent to deal with. The house was clean & tidy with everything we needed. We will defiantly be coming back to stay again!

Lovely space with amazing view

We had a really lovely long weekend stay at the "Little Slice of South Coast Heaven". The biggest pros of this property are: - the view (even better than the picture), the location (Moruya amenities steps away), - the family-friendly space, - the wonderfully responsive owner, Sam, and - the great value for money. We had a bit of bad luck that the water heater died on our first night, and needed to be replaced. Sam was an absolute ninja in solving this problem: it was investigated immediately and amazingly, a new water heater was installed by 3pm on the second day, so we all had access to hot showers that night. There were no cons for us really, but if you're after a fancy house, this isn't it. There's no dishwasher, and while it clearly had been cleaned, it's got a lived-in charm. The beds, couch and easy chairs are comfy and cozy, the kids' room is full of pillows for fort-building, the enclosed back lawn is great for little ones to run around, and the kitchen is surprisingly well equipped. Tip for vacation cooks: the two oddest looking knives in the block are actually great quality!

A breath of fresh air

The house is tucked away with a nice river view and short walk into town. Plenty of space inside to just chill out and relax. Was the perfect break for us.
