Visiting for business or pleasure? Either way, this charming townhome is the perfect home base for your visit. The sunny home features an open floor plan complete with beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all conveniently connected which make it the perfect place for entertaining the family. If you want to get some fresh air, take a step out the front door and cross the street and you are in Tower Grove Park!

In this home, entertaining is a breeze. With bar seating for nine, there’ s more than enough space to sit as a group and enjoy homemade meals.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 4 BEDROOMS
After a day of exploring St. Louis, enjoy maximum comfort and convenience with the elevated amenities and complementary essentials in one of the four spacious bedrooms. The main level rooms offer a King Bedroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a third bedroom with a twin trundle bed. On the second floor you'll find a loft-style bedroom with two more twin trundle beds with sleeping for four. All bedrooms are designed so that you can sprawl out and sleep comfortably and are lined with windows that give you a view onto the bustling city below.

We know how important it is to get those precious hours of sleep. That is why we have prepared highly comfortable bedrooms that will provide you with all the rest you need after an exciting day of St. Louis sightseeing. Parents traveling with their little bundles of joy will appreciate the pack 'n' play crib.

The apartment features two full bathrooms for your added convenience. Both are stocked with premium towels and essential toiletries.

The Neighborhood:
Shaw neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, and Forest Park. Forest Park alone has miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, as well as other exciting points of interest. Tons of restaurants can be found on Grand Ave, and many more Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby. You’re near major freeways so scheduling a visit to a Cardinals game is a breeze. You can also visit the Arch, stop by beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery.

The Shaw neighborhood is a mix of stately, turn-of-the-last-century homes and well-maintained apartments in classic brick. You'll find university and medical students living alongside professionals, many young families, and long-term residents. It's diverse and friendly. Residents are quiet and respectful. You'll mostly want to drive or Uber/Lyft to get around as the street is residential for several city blocks.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $69 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. Therefore, the nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

No issues during our stay at this rental. The neighborhood felt safe, and right across the street from Tower Grove park. Easy to find street parking while we were there.

The park across the street had so many activities. Soccer farmers market food trucks. There was also a short walk to some great neighborhood restaurants
