This is a comfortable house with modern styling is located on a quiet street, just minutes away from Dicky Beach. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home caters for families with little ones looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly beachside vacation. The renovated space features a gourmet kitchen, large living room, and separate media/play area. Outside is a large backyard with seating and a BBQ. With all the appeal of the Sunshine Coast at your fingertips, you’ll want for nothing at this family home.

The Space:
This family home is outfitted with three bedrooms (Bed 1 has a king bed Bed 2 has a double, Bed 3 has a queen), with a main bathroom with separate toilet and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary appliances that opens onto the back yard and garden. Outside features a BBQ table with seating for six, plus two lounge seats. The home has air-conditioning in the main lounge room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The home is an easy 10 minute stroll to nearby Currimundi dog beach via wide paths and roads with little traffic (as pointed out by our recent guest Jenny).

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Battery Hill and is positioned only a short drive or cycle to the beautiful sands of Dicky Beach. Battery Hill is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 10 minute walk to Beerburrum Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
