We were a couple seeking a summer getaway and this was the perfect place. The unit is modern, well appointed and comfortable all the way through. The management company was friendly and super easy to work with. The unit is well located - easy to walk around, get to the gondola or catch the free shuttle. Would definitely stay here again in any season.

Amazing stay!

Amazing stay within walking distance to the Gondola! Very spacious and the wood burning fireplace and hot tub were wonderful to come back to after a day of skiing! Highly recommend and will definitely look to book again next time we’re in steamboat!

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was a perfect distance from town, right close to the mountain. Management was very responsive answering questions immediately and even replacing the leaky coffee machine with a much fancier version on the same day. I’d stay there again every I go to Steamboat.

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay, the place was very comfortable and the property manager was easy to get ahold of to replace a light that was flickering the first night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in good location

This condo was a nice size and easy walking distance to the slopes. It was in great shape, clean, and the kitchen had pretty much anything that was needed. Overall a great property in a great location.

Wedding get away

Ski Ranch 104 was an excellent place to stay while visiting steamboat. It was very clean, nicely put together, and an excellent location! The management team was timely in responding to questions I had and valued our experience. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Very nice/cozy unit. Not quite true ski-in/ski-out, but very manageable walk to the slopes. Would recommend!
