Spring/Summer/Fall:
Explore the base area with hiking, biking, and picnicking just outside. The park nearby hosts summer concerts, festivals, and outdoor movies. Grab takeout from one of Steamboat's incredible restaurants (only a 2-minute walk) and enjoy a meal at the picnic tables or on the lawn. A lovely gourmet grocery and liquor store are right across the street.

We’re just a 5-minute drive from downtown, with free shuttle service from the condo making it easy to explore Steamboat’s shops, dining, and nightlife.

Step outside to enjoy the newly updated outdoor entertainment area with two large hot tubs, outdoor gas grills, and a cozy seating area around the gas fire ring – perfect for après-ski relaxation or evening gatherings.

Thoughtfully Designed, Cozy Interiors Our space combines southwestern boho charm with contemporary western décor. The living area is warm and inviting, with cozy furnishings and bold artwork, and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. The condo has been fully updated with new stainless steel appliances, furniture, and mattresses, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay. You’ll sleep soundly with alternative down comforters and Pendleton Wool Camp blankets in the second bedroom. Fresh paint, new carpeting, and wooden floors create a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Master Bedroom: King bed, flat screen Roku TV, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the patio.
Second Bedroom: Full bed and twin bunk beds, with an attached full bathroom – perfect for families or small groups.

A Note on Comfort
While we don’t have air conditioning, the cool mountain air at night and ceiling fans in every room help keep things comfortable. Simply open the windows at night to let in the fresh air, then close them in the morning to keep the condo cool throughout the day.
