Summary:
Moana, in Kiwi “body of water”, where better to be than right next to the Barwon River. A beach getaway down on the Bellarine Peninsula awaits. This 2 bedrooms home has all the added inclusions to make your stay stress free. You will also love being only a 500m walk to the best cafés in town, 500m from Barwon River Beach and 400m to the local RSL Bowling Club for a game/meal.
The Space:
Moana is well appointed with all the essential amenities including WIFI, Smart TV in living room and TV in main bedroom. There is also spilt system heating/cooling in living area.
Internally the property consists of 2 bedrooms, Master with Queen bed ,2nd bedroom with Trio bunk (double on base, single on top) .The property ideally sleeping 5-guests.
The main bathroom features shower with toilet and adjoining vanity and change room with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc and features a dishwasher, oven, electric hotplates, microwave, bar fridge, coffee pod machine, stone bench tops and coffee machine. The coffee maker is a Aldi Pod Machine which is compatible with only Aldi Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own. The island bench has seating for 4 guests.
The undercover veranda has a convertible lounge setting, and you can choose to either have café blinds up or down with a BBQ. There is also a shady area under the picnic table.
Surf beach is an easy 500m walk around the corner. Enjoy lovely morning river walks along the Barwon.
Situated a few minutes’ walk to the beach, river, golf clubs, bowling club and coffee shops. 4 minutes’ drive to Barwon Heads, 15–20-minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Portarlington, Indented Head, St. Leonards, Geelong Adventure Park, Wineries, Red Brick Cider House, Bellarine Brewery, and Olive Groves.
Small, well-trained pets are welcomed at this property.

You will have access to the entire front yard and home, parking for 2 small cars in front of Unit.
