We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described. The patio was perfect for outdoor meals, and our little one loved the bunk bed.

Excellent place to kick back and relax!

The property was spacious, clean, and perfect for a getaway! It was nice to show up with everything provided for you. The only slight issue was parking. There was not enough parking space if someone chose to have a guest! Overall, we enjoyed the space and will book again when we decide to visit again.

Wonderful!!

My family of five stayed two nights on 12/29/25 and 12/30/25 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We loved the Christmas decor that was up for us and the lights on the patio. We took a walk on the golf course across the street after our 8 hour drive into town and saw horses and elk on our walk. So neat! We enjoyed eating at the patio table on the deck under the beautiful pines. The Pac Man game was an added bonus that was a big hit with my kids! We would love to come back for a second stay if we are in the area!

Lovely Place

This was our first time in Ruidoso and we had no idea what area would be best to stay in so we read the reviews and decided on this one. We loved it! The space was perfect and just the right size for us. It was clean and well lit and we absolutely loved the patio. It was my favorite part of the condo. The only thing I would change is I wish they provided more bath towels. There were 3 adults and we were there 3 nights but there was only 4 towels provided. The only complaint I have is not even about this facility but more about the neighbors. The house next to us on the neighboring property had multiple dogs and if they were outside they had one that barked nonstop. It was only bothersome if we were on the patio area. Inside you couldn’t hear them. We will absolutely stay here again!

Loved Every Second Of Our Trip!

This Condo was everything we wanted it to be and so much more. It was our first visit to Ruidoso and it did not disappoint. The town itself was one of the most gorgeous places we have ever seen! The central location of the condo was perfect! It was near all of the main attractions in the city but still felt private and secluded. We relaxed by the beautiful fireplace in the evenings and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the night stars on the back deck. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast every morning which we also enjoyed on the back deck while breathing in the crisp mountain air and viewing the snowcapped mountains in the distance. We cannot wait for a return trip to Ruidoso and staying in this condo in the future! We highly recommend it!

This was our second visit to this property and would definitely book again. This condo is the perfect size for our family of 4. My son was excited to see the added video game in the bunk room. The kitchen is well-stocked for any meal, reclining sofa to kick back and relax and a nice patio area to enjoy the outdoors. Summer was very accommodating on our arrival and responsive upon departure. (We had no issues, so no further contact was needed during our stay.) The owners of the property take great pride in their rental and their customer service skills are on point! You won't be disappointed in trying out this condo for your stay.

Overall a good experience

Property is clean and in a convenient location to a LOT of attractions and restaurants. Kitchen is well accommodated and the kids loved the PacMan game. The main downside for me was the mattress in the master was not even a decent mattress, it was okay at best. Also, I don’t know if the communication with the property manager was lacking because I told them our issue didn’t need to be resolved during our stay but I contacted them the first morning of our stay and didn’t hear back till we were home after our trip. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Spring break 2023

We actually got into town 30 min before check in time. Property manager was very easy gave us permission to go in with code. It was snowing during our stay so we LOVED the fireplace after being out all day. We stayed up watching the snow and playing games that the host provided. It was a good trip for our family

Wonderful, convenient location near shopping, Ruidoso markets, across street from golf course...

Everything you would want in YOUR home to prepare a meal is there, plus dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer/dryer, comfy blankets, great view from right size deck. Only complaint is no instructions on how to gain access to HULU, Netflix downstairs on huge TV, but easy access to all upstairs in Master Bdrm...

Cloudcroft Cabin

Nice clean 2 bedroom with 2.5 baths. Enjoyed having a grill on the deck to cook up some hamburgers. Check in and check out process was extremely easy.

Great place/location. Clean place overall-except dishwasher was full when we arrived and kitchen sink smelled.. but other than that no problems. Great place for a weekend stay!

My detailed review according to our stay

This property doesn't have many reviews so I will try to give a detailed one for others that may be interested. The check in/check out process was super easy. The condo was well stocked and the snacks upon arrival were very appreciated by my children. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. There is a half bath downstairs so you don't have to go upstairs each time, which I didn't remember reading in the description. The condo was cozy and decorated nicely. The owners have done a great job and taken pride with their short term rental. Now here are the cons: Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The renters had done what was asked of them upon checkout but the cleaning lady had not been there to do the finishing cleaning. I called the number given and was told the schedule had changed. I did not understand this since there had been no changes to my reservation. I was told the cleaning did everything except the beds because she thought she had until the next day. I knew this was untrue because the dining table was full of crumbs and there were dishes in the dishwasher. I feel as if the manager should have taken responsibility for her error; however she did contact the cleaning lady immediately and she arrived about 40 minutes later. The cleaning lady was very apologetic and said she was told to be there on Saturday. Mind you our reservation was thurs-sunday. So the property manager had previously said "friday" and the cleaning lady said "saturday." None the less, the beds were changed and the snacks and coffee restocked. Since we were already checked in, I told the cleaning lady I would do the rest; cleaning the table, dishes, and patio. Even though the bed was comfortable; the portable AC/fan in the bedroom starting automatically turning on and off about 5 am each morning which was a new sound for us so it continuously woke us up. We chose not to shut if off to keep air circulation in the room. The nearby house also had dogs they let out early in the morning who were constantly barking to go back into the house and their owners were not giving in so we were up extremely early each day. The "restock" closet was left open. Of course we did not take advantage of this and quickly closed it before the children took notice, but just more irresponsibility of mgmt. As stated above, this is overall a nice place for a great price. I just wanted to share my experience.

Awesome Cabin!!!

It is a great cabin!!! Has everything you need for your stay. Just take your food if you gonna cook and thats all. They have all the kitchen equipment, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, towels, soap, you name it!!!!! Very nice patio for grilling!! 2 floor cabin. Very clean Tv, just all the bells and whistles. conveniently located right at the corner of complex!! Really close to baseball fields (we were out the for tournament) Would definetly stay again!!!

Nice condo located close to Ruidoso downtown. Clean and modernish space with all the furnishings needed to fully accommodate your trip. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a good getaway in Ruidoso!
