An ideal holiday townhouse located very close to the main shopping precinct of Cowes, short walk to the beach, shops, and cafes. Perfect location.
This modern split-level townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.
This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes.
There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location for you to enjoy your break away.
There is a key safe at the front door. You are given the key code on your day of arrival by sms.
You have the whole townhouse to live in.
The house is located in a residential area and noise, and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.
- LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
- BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, Queen bed, TV/DVD player, ceiling fan, and entrance to the 2-way bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, vanity basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top and a ceiling fan.
Downstairs there is an outdoor entertaining area with dining table setting and BBQ. This is where you can relax the day away. Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen, with TV/DVD player. Kitchen has a 4-gas burner cook top and an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the laundry with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, and extra toilet. Extras include ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
