This beautiful & luxurious beach condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and high quality linens & towels. * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

The fully equipped open kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining & living room.

We loved the condo, super clean and convenient to everything! The beach is gorgeous. Zareh was amazing to work with and he kept in touch our entire trip. We’d stay here again for sure.

It was an amazing stay. The only this is the building we’re getting worked on and the fire alarm went off a few times, but other than that it was amazing

This is a nice condo, plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed. Beach access can't be beat. The condo is supplied with most everything you would need. Great communication.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. It was extremely clean and it was really nice not to have to buy a lot of the essentials that were provided. We love Cocoa Beach and this condo is only steps to the beach or pool and hot tub. Always a tough choice to make:)

Short jaunt to the beach or pool

Great stay, well equipped … great communication with renter. You can’t go wrong with this condo on level 2 so just use the stairs… also nice to check out the pool from your doorway!

Such a great place! So clean, just as the reviews said and just a perfect place to rest and recharge! Thanks for the boogie boards and beach chairs too…great extra amenities that were especially appreciated! We so appreciated the excellent customer service the entire time! Fun Week w/ Family & Friends!

We stayed a week in Sandcastles 204. While the ocean view was partially blocked by an adjacent condo building (completely expected as we were on the 2nd floor), the condo itself was clean, cozy, and comfy. A/C worked great. Access to pool and hot tub were a definite plus. Plenty of parking. Beach access was easy - would love to see gates to the pool and beach upgraded to number pads to obsolete the current key system (another thing to lose at the beach!). Overall, a great stay. Quiet, comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great location on beautiful beach!

Overall, my family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The photos are accurate but the unit could use a few updates to bump my rating up to 5 stars. We visited for a baseball tournament so unfortunately, we had little free time to fully experience the Cocoa Beach area. So much to do and see right down the street! Restaurant Recommendations: Coconuts on the Beach (Excellent food, service and outdoor seating on the beach), Sandbar Sports Grill, Bruno's Pizzeria. PROS: Zareh was very responsive & accommodating. Great location. Short walk to the beautiful beach & pool. Restaurants, shops and grocery store nearby. Quiet area (we were lucky not to experience construction during our stay). Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. In unit washer and dryer was convenient. Kitchen stocked with necessities such as coffee maker, ice maker and cooking supplies. Games, beach chairs, boogie board provided. Plenty of linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. CONS (reason for 4 star rating): Cosmetic updates needed in bathrooms and some dining room tiles coming up. Discovered broken chair and blinds upon arrival and guest shower had very low pressure (Zareh was notified and he resolved quickly). Our unit got very hot and humid for a couple days and the AC wouldn't turn on. Fan in guest room is very noisy so we had to turn it off while sleeping.

We had a very nice stay at this condo . The condo was stocked with things we needed . Kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans . Bathroom was stocked with dove body wash and very nice shampoo and conditioner ( being a hairdresser I was impressed) very spacious condo . The beds were very comfortable and clean . I also loved that we could do laundry to keep up on our clothes so we didn’t have to take dirty clothing back home . The decor was very nice and modern. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Kids had games to play and legos . Definitely a great place to stay .
