Everything was perfect...the communication, accommodations, the view. The only problem we had was someone smoking constantly on a balcony around us. We couldn't have thr doors open to hear the waves due to the awful smell. Host tried to track it down, they did the best they could and not a reflection on them at all! Great experience...we will be back.

Exactly as pictured and described. The unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for nearby activities. The pool was well maintained and the beach was steps away. Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards. Worked really well for our family of 5. There was someone parked in our covered spot for most of our trip, which was annoying and inconvenient because we had to park in the sun a bit further from the unit. The property managed did respond when contacted and checked in throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic condo in a great location

Immaculate property with great amenities,just like it should be, just steps to the beach via a private gate,huge pool which never got busy, photos of inside property we’re exactly as described,good size balcony with a side sea view.publix directly across road and cocoa beach pier a 5 minute walk away, happy palm stays are superb and no questions were left unanswered, kept up to date even after a hurricane event!! Beautiful Condo for family of 5

We are a family of 5 (kids ages 9, 6, & 1) and this property fit us perfectly. Photos are exactly as it is. The kitchen was stocked with utensils as needed. Living room was spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were well sized with comfortable mattresses. This condo was baby friendly as it has a pack-n-play and booster seat that our 1 year old fit perfectly. We were so thankful there were beach essentials available with the condo (chairs x4, umbrella, cooler, boogie board x2, and pool noodles). Zareh, the property manager, was excellent to work with. We only had 1 small issue of a smoke detector battery needing changed. He was prompt with replying to my email and a maintenance worker stopped by within a couple of hours to change the battery. The outside of the property has been well maintained. Easy access to a clean beach. We loved being able to watch the cruise ships come and go. The property is also in close proximity to several good restaurants. And only a 25 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center.

Family Vacation

This condo was just as described and pictured. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything was fully stocked with all that we needed for our trip. The beach was very nice and only a few steps away.

Great location, some small issues with the unit!

The location was great with easy beach access, and near a lot of great restaurants, as well as a grocery store. The covered parking and heated pool were very nice as well, and the other tenants were very polite and respectful of noise. We were disappointed in the condition of parts of the unit. The showers had some moldy looking areas and due to a water leak, that the manager was aware of, parts of the flooring in the hallway were soggy and lifting, making it very unpleasant to walk over. The kitchen and bathroom finishes seemed very makeshift/upcycled and in poor condition. Our view was alright and the balcony and patio furniture was nice, but looked out more of the palm trees and broken views of the ocean. The beds were also very squeaky but still comfortable and had nice linens. The unit did have some great amenities. The living room and dining area's were both very comfortable for our family. We also had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys all available to us in the room, and the manager even replaced a broken chair for us within a few hours after we had reported it. There were also two pack "n" plays, fans and extra bedding available which would be great for a family with small children. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and for the limited time we were indoors, we were able to overlook the things that were not to our taste. The location really was perfect!

Great Spot !

Check-in easy Location prefect Over all property was what we were looking for right on the ocean. It was just as the post looked. The only thing that was not so great was the guest beds, bed frames are metal and thin, every time you moved on the bed even to turn over you heard it throughout the condo. The twin bed mattress was hard. Over all we would book again. Love the view from the balcony, got to watch the ships come in and out of port. Restaurants in walking distance, pier was a hope skip away, grocery store across the main road.
