This poolside condo offers comfort, convenience, and beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Perfect for families or groups, you’ll be just steps away from the pool and private association beach while enjoying plenty of indoor and outdoor living space.

Step inside to a bright and updated kitchen featuring an island, perfect for casual meals or meal prep. The air-conditioned living room includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a private patio conveniently located near the pool entrance.

On the second floor, you’ll find the air-conditioned primary bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and a courtyard-facing balcony.

Head up a few a steps to a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, another full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a hall laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The third floor features a cozy open loft with a full-size futon and TV. There's a small bonus room on the rooftop deck level with a twin bed, for an overflow of guests.

The rooftop deck is a great place to relax, sunbathe, or take in stunning views and surrounding landscape.

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"Fantastic location to have both a pool and a private beach right at our doorstep, it couldn’t have made things any easier when managing two little kids! Property was exactly as described with a bonus 3rd floor with living area and teeny additional bedroom that I wasn’t expecting. Easy to check in/out, clean instructions, easy to find, close to everything in the cape like restaurants, mini golf, ferry to islands, and water park. Perfect for family of 4-5!!! Will come again! "The rental unit was overall positive and was in a great location. The kitchen and living area downstairs were in good shape, The master bedroom and 2nd floor bedroom with 2 twins and a/c was also good. The top landing area and bedroom would be nice if they had additional a/c unit to cool them. There was a fan but wasn't sufficient in the summer to use either room as they were too hot. The balcony deck on the roof was nice to relax and hear the ocean.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
