The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Queen bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area also offers a sleeper sofa and another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. All TV's are Smart TV's and cable as well.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

***1 dog accepted with prior approval only. Let us know the breed and size please. No Cats allowed. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Absolutely loved the location. Overall, the condo was perfect for our stay. I do, however, recommend they possibly out out a map or clarofy where the heated pools/hot tub/sauna/gym are. I went with a two year old and we spent the first two days arguing about the unheated pool (very cold), until a condo owner nicely showed us where to go for a more enjoyable pool experience for an excited toddler. I'd also take note of the cleanliness of the stay itself. There were hairs all over both bathroom shower walls, there was obvious dirt build up around most baseboards and the rugs were matted due to the lack of washing. The main lock was a code and the secondary was a chain. The chain lock had two nails/screws that could easily pull out of the wall. It was almost difficult to keep my toddler inside due to the lock/security and we were on the second floor with several cement steps waiting on the outside. Overall, the place was great and offered what we neeeded. However, there are a few things that could be better.

Great location for hiking and close to restaurants.

My husband and I hiked nearly every day. Appreciated location being close to the MacDowell Preserve. Enjoyed the pool,hot tub and sauna after hiking. We would stay here again.

Multiple areas of concern. Initial directions for finding our unit were lacking. Host communication was inconsistent. But the greatest issue was lack of pool access throughout our stay, which was a big reason we chose this listing. Given the inability to access a primary amenity listed in the property description, we will be requesting a partial refund.

Pros: location was great. Inside of unit was clean. Community pool was nice. Access to stores and restaurants was very good.Cons: unit was pretty dated. Both bathrooms need to be updated, including worn tub finishes, grout, etc. The outdoor patio had not been cleaned, and there was bird poop and dirt on the table, chairs and floor, which we cleaned up. The unit really needs some TLC.

great location

The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. What was even better than that was the hikes that were within 10 minutes. It was hot so we had to be at the trail by 5:45. Most of the trails we hiked were 10 min away.

Bright, spacious apartment near mountain trails

A bright, spacious apartment and quiet too considering the busy corner the property is located on.. Very comfortable for two to four people. The property manager was very responsive. Close to the McDowell Mountains with great hiking very nearby.

We had the best week at this apartment. The service from the property manager was great. All of the amenities were great to take advantage of and the apartment is in a great location to take advantage of the sites the city has to offer!

Wonderful place!

The place we usually stay was booked so we chose this one instead. It’s in a great area. We were able to walk to AJ’s every day for groceries, drinks, etc. the condo was immaculate! It was too cool to swim, but the pool areas were beautiful. There are nice grills and tables available for making meals poolside. We’d definitely stay here again! Property manager was great!

This is wonderful complex with so many amenities. The 2 pools ARE heated in the winter. I am sorry the weather was a bit cold during your stay though... We will try to make it warmer next time! :)

We booked this place for the outdoor heated pool & it was closed for maintenance but no one informed us. We would’ve stayed somewhere else if we would’ve none.

Condo is only a few miles From the McDowell Mountains Preserve and in good location to getting around Scottsdale. Condo was clean, comfy and well-appointed with amenities. Beds were nice. Bathrooms could use a little bit of a refresh, but overall good shape. Wes was very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Would highly recommend property.

Stayed for the Location

This was our second visit to this complex, different unit. We chose to come back because of the convenient location and community amenities. The property is as pictured and generally accurately described. The kitchen is adequately stocked assuming you aren't preparing any complicated meals. The property manager was very helpful and responsive, including in procuring additional kitchen items we thought were lacking. Easy check in/out. Bathroom could use a little updating. Would be helpful to have more than one pool card available since you need it to get into any of the community facilities. But no issues with recommending this unit or property manager.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice unit, well maintained and clean, in a great location. It’s walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also only a half mile to a hiking/biking trail that feeds into the McDowell Mountain trail system which was a huge plus for us. Also dog friendly. The unit had everything we needed. The gym, steam room, pools and hot tubs were also great features.
